Check in instructions were very clear and the host gave a partial refund of one night since we technically weren’t checking in until the next day after a flight from the US. The property was very clean and provided plenty of space.

This was such an adorable property in the city. The balcony was my favorite along with the velvet green couches! The rooms were comfortable and the main room was so aesthetically pleasing. We loved our stay in Barcelona and this property made the experience even better! The roof top terrace was also awesome!

Great location but very noisy.

The location and amenities were great. Our only complaint was the noise, lack of blankets and very hard beds. We really liked the location but slept horribly. If you’re a light sleeper, you will find it challenging. It’s an old building so tons of noises—toilets flushing, showers running, elevator noise and kids running in the apartment above us.

Not the greatest area of Barcelona

We are 6 adults from Canada, stayed 2 nights. We did not find Barcelona welcoming due to protests currently underway against tourists. It was hard to find restaurants that actually wanted our business in the area. Barcelona itself is very dirty, lots of garbage all over the sidewalks, urine and dog poop not picked up. Everything has graffiti on it. It is such a shame that the city does not cover up the graffiti or place laws against it. The apartment itself is extremely old and outdated. The beds only had sheets on them and no blankets. One small blanket was found in the closet of each room but seemed dirty. Only 2 towels left on each bed for each room, no face cloths or hand towels, i could not have imagined staying there for a week.Check in process was very easy and smooth.

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Barcelona! The location was perfect — close to everything we wanted to see and do. It was also very comfortable, making it easy to relax after long days of exploring the city. We would stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Barcelona!

Unfortunetly the elevator was not working when we contacted the owners they advd us it happened the day tSpain experienced the Blackout which was 5 days before our arrivalyet they did not have the courtesy to advd us .We were a partyof 4 which included 2 elders even though we were 1rst floor it was 27 steps and we are in Spain for some time we all had 2pcs of luggage, waiting to see if there is any compensation as we contacred management and still waiting on response Terrible experoence

Long weekend with friends close to the center

The apartment was great for some days with old friends: enough bedrooms, common place to eat and play together and three bathrooms.And central, so that it was possible to move by feetOnly negative point was some strange noises coming from the tubes, a bit disturbing in the night

Great place in Barcelona

We enjoyed our time at this apartment. It felt very safe in a good area close to restaurants, grocery stores and the metro. It was our first time in Spain and would definitely go back. We had our grown kids with us and their spouses so 7 adults total. This is a 4 bedroom apartment however 2 of the rooms are quite small, just fyi. We were there 4 nights and were comfortable but tight. It was clean, well furnished and had everything we needed so that made up for it. The master is huge with big windows and high ceilings which added to the ambiance of being in Spain. All in all great trip and would stay there again but maybe with a few less people :)

Restful and peaceful place to be!

The process of booking this flat was an AMAZING experience - from the communication with the owners before we got to Spain to the beautiful and clean flat - our stay was great. Lilliana was so kind and hospitable, going out of her way to make sure our check-in and stay went as smoothly as possible. We will keep this flat in mind when planning another trip to Barcelona! Definitely recommend!

Perfect one-night stay in Barcelona!

We really enjoyed our stay! This apartment is located in a beautiful building in a very safe area of Barcelona with plenty of walking traffic and transportation options nearby.From the rooftop, you can enjoy a cup of coffee and enjoy a beautiful view of Sagrada Familia, which is only a few blocks away. Communication with the property owners was truly excellent and the space was clean and more than big enough for our family of seven.We would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity!

Clean & comfortable

My group of 7 enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It was clean, comfortable, and in a great location, a short walk from major architecture sites and on major metro & bus lines. It was also easy to get a taxi on this street. We slept well in comfortable beds and appreciated having a washer and dryer.

Girls trip to Barcelona

The property owners were very responsive and helpful. The location was great and plenty of room for 5 ladies. The only caution I would share is the building itself was older so you could hear noise from neighbors and the street but it did not impact our stay.
