Noise:

Respect for neighbors is mandatory. Authorities may withhold part or all of the security deposit in case of disturbances.





Noise detector:

The apartment is equipped with a noise detector that measures decibel levels without recording conversations. Any attempt to disable it or exceed the permitted noise level may result in a fine between €50 and €250.





Smoking:

Not allowed inside the apartment (€50–€250 fine)





Pets:

Allowed under 10 kg on request (+€20 fee)





Towels:

Bath towels must not be used for the beach. Otherwise, €12 per item will be charged.





Standard check-in:

Late arrivals:

+€30 after 20:00 +€50 after midnight +€10/hour after 01:00

Identification:

In accordance with local regulations, we are required to verify the passport or ID details of all guests.









Tourist tax: €9.50 per night per person over 16 years old, for a maximum of 7 nights. This amount will be collected upon arrival. Please note that the municipal tax may be adjusted twice per year and may increase.
