“Zu viert war das Appartement doch fast zu eng, vor allem das 2. Schlafzimmer ist eigentlich ein Einzelzimmer. Der generelle Zustand ist in die Jahre gekommen und es sollte an einigen Stellen renoviert werden. Z.B. Kaputte Küchenfronten, gerissene Scheibe des Kochfelds, Tür zum Balkon konnte nicht mehr verriegelt werden. Ansonsten liegt das Appartement gut. Mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Nähe, sowie Bus und Bahn im Umfeld”

“Das Apartment liegt wie beschrieben in einer Wohngegend mit guter Infrastruktur. Zum Strand sind es 30 Minuten zu Fuß, zur Metro-Haltestelle ca. 5 Minuten, von wo aus man schnell in die Innenstadt kommt. Auch das schöne Viertel Poblenou ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen.”
