The living area in this delightful, stone-built cottage is open-plan with a kitchen containing an electric oven and hob, fridge with ice box, washing machine and Nespresso coffee maker, dining seating for three, and a sitting area with a TV with Freeview and Sky. The two bedrooms consist of 1 x double and 1 x single, along with a bathroom. Outside, there is a front, multi-level terrace with patio and furniture, and there are public car parks in the town. Within 0.2 miles, there is a shop and pub, and within 0.6, a beach. One well-behaved pet is welcome with a supplement of £20 per holiday; however, smoking is not permitted. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. There is no parking available or road access to the property. The staircase inside the property is narrow. Property not suitable for children under the age of 6 or persons with limited mobility. The path up to the house is less than a 150 yards from the main street, it is a steep climb however there is an easier route (available in key collection details). Guests can request to have luggage/groceries delivered to the property (due to no car access) for an additional £25 charge. Please be aware that this property has a Good Housekeeping Bond £300.
