Such an excellent idea to change this building for guest to use. I love the sea, so perfect spot for us. Everything was super clean, comfortable and welcoming. I personally don't mind the noise of traffic but it may bother others as the property is directly on the road. The steps to the entrance are very steep. If you have a big dog make sure he/she is under control prior to opening the door. You may get to the beach quicker than expected. Loved the area for years, would deffo stay here again.

Property is pristine. We were very comfortable and enjoyed the view of the coast from bed in the morning. Facilities are good though the live tv has very poor signal.The tea, coffee and fudge were especially welcome when we arrived. Both check in and pack up easy and our host very helpful.

Barmouth sea front

The property was beautifully furnished and equiped. Views are wonderful. We had a heat wave so needed the windows open but then suffered some traffic noise early morning and late afternoon. Overall a lovely holiday.

Few nights away

Really beautiful property, in walking distance from the little town and train station. Will miss the crashing noise of the waves, it was so tranquil. The owner was easy to deal with and wouldn't hesitate staying there again.

Fantastic place!

We couldn't choose better place to spend my birthday weekend! Amazing views, few steps from beach. Walking distance to all restaurants and pubs. Interior decorated very much to my liking, giving lovely holiday vibes. Definitely we would like to come back!

Perfect Location

Spacious, well presented, with top quality fixtures and fittings. Parking very close by. An ideal location, couldn’t be closer to the beach and easy flat walk of 5 minutes into Barmouth.

The best view in town!

We had four fabulous days in Beach Haven. Perfect location, set a little bit further along the coast from the main tourist area / fairground area which means it’s unspoilt and less busy, but within 5-10 mins walk you’ve got the town / pubs / restaurants, Train station, big Co-Op and of course beach is seconds away! Would thoroughly recommend the accom, it’s a very special place, very spacious and with everything you need.

Amazing

This property is absolutely fabulous It's light crisp and airy and gets the sun all day You certainly don't feel cramped as you walk about the place There is road noise and the chatter of passing public but that's a small price to pay for the location

Fantastic location in a beautiful little house

Fantastic little house which has been renovated and furnished to high standards. Straight onto the beach which is perfect for walking the dog. We really enjoyed our stay.
