“The apartment building built over 100 years ago had all the architectural charm it started with, while the unit had all the modern conveniences we needed-laundry, coffee, air conditioning, updated, and clean bathrooms & more, We enjoyed the unique decor and artwork as well! The location was fabulous with lots of nearby attractions. And we could get your steps in starting with the walk up to the third floor!”

“Excelente ubicación del hotel y muy amable el personal.”

“Great area of Barcelona, easy walking distance to La Rambla, Gothic Quarter, and obviously El Born. Would stay there again”

“Our family of 4 stayed here in May 2026. Wonderfully located and you can't beat the roof top patio! Great communication with the host. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Great spot!”

“First floor appartment within a complex with a friendly concierge. We enjoyed our stay.”

“Great location, many restaurants and attractions are walkable. Very unique beautiful building. Bed was very comfortable but sofa bed sagged. Would be nice if rooftop patio was open past 5pm. Office staff are very helpful with cabs and information. Floor and dishes could be cleaner. But overall a very good stay.”

“Todo correcto (aunque un poco de mal olor) y un poco frio”

“Las fotografías del Estado y decoración del departamento no corresponden a la realidad. La ubicación es muy buena pero el departamento necesita mantenimiento. ”

“We loved the location and the apartment ”

“The office was in same building so it was extremely helpful to be able to store our luggage before and after our stay for a few hours while we transitioned to our next destination. Everyone we met who worked for the apartments were extremely helpful and friendly! ”

“The excellent location, very safe and quiet, close to cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. It is also close to several tourist attractions that can be visited by walking, such as Casa Batlló, La Pedrera, Plaza de Cataluña and La Rambla.”

“We stayed here before boarding a cruise out of Barcelona. Great location, very clean and safe. ”

“I loved this place. It was in a great location. It had a nice layout and was very spacious. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The check in instructions were clear and thorough. I would highly recommend this unit. ”

“Such a fabulous stay in Barcelona! The team was super communicative before and during our stay. The space was spacious and beautifully decorated, and in a convenient location. A little noisy at night, but the tradeoff for being in the middle of things was well worth it and easily fixed with some ear plugs.”

“Very nice apartment and clean”

“Great location, good communication by management company, clean and comfortable apartment… we’d stay here again!”

“Great location, super clean, well furnished modern apartment with good amenities that worked very well for 3 people, but is very big apartment. ”
