“Everything was exactly how the host described it. There were eight of us in K.C. for a girls trip, so we had two vehicles. The two car garage was VERY handy! We all will book this place again if we're back in K.C!!”

“My family and I were very pleased with our stay. We had a seamless check-in. In addition my family and I have very high standards when it comes to cleanliness and I will say we were very pleased, we even walked around barefoot and didn’t find one piece of random hair anywhere. The sheets and pillows were comfortable and clean and they provided everything else we needed. We would definitely come back. The only con is that there’s only one bathroom so we fought for that lol”

“Our VRBO experience was lovely! Our hosts were so communicative and ensured we had everything we needed. The nice warm home was perfect during the chilly time of year, and having a driveway was helpful as we had quite a bit of luggage. The home was clean and we were very grateful for all the towels, blankets, and pillows. This location is very close to highway access, and be sure to head down to the main street in adorable Lees Summit if you visit! We plan to stay here again during future visits...

“Smelled of cigarettes and cooking oil. Please, if you have kids do not take them into this neighborhood. The house is in very rough shape, there is sketchy wiring throughout, lots of stairs that are not to code, very hot upstairs, and dirt that is just throughout the house - - because it needs to be gutted if it is going to be clean again. If this had been listed as a smoking house - - I would have stayed away. Pictures are deceiving - the 1.2 bath you can not turn around in and the neighbors...

“Loved this rental. We stayed here for a week and it was spacious enough for my two toddlers and two large dogs. Location is excellent. Very quiet neighborhood with kind neighbors who loved our dogs. 10/10 would stay here again.”
