need improve the smoking environment - non smoking room have smoking smell. the hallways always have smoking smell. overall is very convenient. the super mat is just near by walking distance. parking is limited but can park at supermarket parking.

The rooms are pretty old and run down. Things are breaking apart and the door handles feels like it will drop off anytime
