“Great property and wonderful guest! We were in Round House three days and we regret not to spend a week, at least...It's a wonderful place to relax, we enjoy the jacuzzi thanks to Joe, who is a excellent guest. He gave us useful information about how to get giant stadium, what to do in Sausalito, and plans to make with children. My family and me, finished our stay but we would like come back in the future. Thanks Joe.”

“Location is great due to proximity to many restaurants, stores and the freeways. The place is clean and small, more suited for a short stay for two people or one person for a long stay, mainly because there is no living room and the main common room is the bedroom. The apt is on a lovely homesite and parking on the sidewalk was easy. The AC, bathroom, washer and drying rack were nice, although we didn't use the washer. The small kitchen was a mini-refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave, and...

“It was a beautiful cottage!! We stayed eight nights and would definitely come back in a heartbeat. It had all the amenities that we needed and a quiet space to sit and relax.”

“The cottage was an excellent condition and exceptionally clean. It had all of the basic elements and a beautiful kitchen and patio. We use the Internet watch Harry Potter movies and had no trouble with our connections. The host was polite, supportive, and helpful. The laundry was a big plus and we use the laundry. We did not use the dishwasher because I am used to washing dishes by hand for two but we enjoyed all of the elements that we’re there for us and I think I haven’t slept as well in in a...

“so good”

“This is a great little spot to stay. Well equipped kitchen and beautiful bathroom, great water pressure and comfortable beds. Each space has its own AC/heat which is great.”

“Everything about the stay was great. We were there with our teenage son for a tournament at The Plex, which took under 15 minutes to get to. We had plenty of space to spread out and appreciated the convenience of the full kitchen. The entire space was very clean, beds were comfortable, and we all slept well. I've already recommended this home to a friend.”

“Very cute property with lots of character. It's in a quiet neighborhood with friendly people We only stayed for a night, but enjoyed ourselves. We had everything we needed. I did not get the message that this location was in the back of a primary residence, but once we figured it out and navigated a VERY narrow drive way, everything was good.”

“Great communication with the hosts. Thanks!”

“The place worked perfect for our family. It’s a pool house, so if you’re looking for something else, it isn’t that.We enjoyed the pool, hottub, the beautiful grounds and the ease and safety of access. The owner has a full size washer and dryer which was so amazing. Perfect place, serine, and peaceful.”

“Excellent place.”
