This is what it is. A cheap place to sleep. Traveled with my teenage daughter and we just needed beds for a night. Great rate. Beds were clean and comfortable. Actually it was the Best bed I’ve slept in for 4 nights on Our trip. Otherwise the area, the parking lots the balconies etc are dirty, rusty, and trashy. Felt perfectly safe though. Lots of construction type workers it appeared staying here. I would stay here again for the price.

Front desk area smelled. Car on blocks in the parking area. Room smelled of smoke. Did not have working Heating unit.

Office has tiles missing from the ceiling. Rooms had peeling paint, shower curtain rods were barely hanging on the wall, you can see the light outside under the front door, no mini fridge, sheets felt like plastic

This was the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever seen in my life. There was mold everywhere. There was this god-awful smell that burnt my nose and throat nasty not cleaned at all mole in the microwave mole in the tub and on the floor in the wall on the wall walls scary scary neighborhood. The attendant was very rude and I want my money back cause I did not stay there. This place look like something out of a horror scene.

These rooms are very outdated and not the cleanest. Upon our arrival the office was locked with a note on the door to call a number if you needed a room. We called the number as instructed saying we were there to check in. The owner was picking up his children from school and would be along shortly to check us in. Once we were checked in the room assigned to us was in poor shape. The toilet would not flush properly and the TV remotes were so confusing we could not run the TV properly. The owner came to our room checked on the toilet and explained the remotes to us. Shortly after that we left the room to go to our event and our door would not lock. Again we had to call the owner he came and checked and confirmed the door lock needed to be replaced. He wanted to replace it while we were out but I insisted on a new room. My husband and I did not feel extremely safe in the area. The owner changed our room and provided us with a new key card. I had a hunch to make sure the card opened our room door so that what I did before leaving. So glad we did because the owner had programed the wrong room to the key our door would not open. We went to our event and returned about 3 hours later to then find our TV did not work at all that no signal was being found. Another phone call to the owner where he had to come back to our room and reprogram the who direct TV which took a bit of time. Sadly this Inn is in distress and need a complete gut and remodel.

This is my all-time favorite hotel in the entire country. Only a 25-minute drive to dauphin Island. Some of the most delicious food you will eat about 5 minutes down the road. The Little couple that owns this hotel are the sweetest people that you could ever meet. If you're wanting to get a weekend away and have a nice quiet day on the beach I suggest staying at this hotel. They are super friendly. Super clean. And totally worth it

The check in process was easy. Got up to the room and a smell hit me; mildew and fresh paint. Thank God there was a dollar general near by. I had to buy air fresheners for that smell. There was also dust all over everything. The tv NEVER worked. My group of three never could connect to the WiFi, the curtains didn’t fit the whole window so, anyone could have peaked in on us while we were sleeping. SEVERAL plug ins in the room didn’t work. There was a microwave but, it also didn’t work. One of the lamps in the room had the plug in part completely cut off. I went to unpack my bag and opened the dresser drawers, someone else had left a pink hair dye stains towel wadded up with some other clothes that had been there SO LONG, it looked like you could crack it in half. Idk, I didn’t touch it. When I called the manager about my issues, he came to my room and pushed some buttons on the tv. He turned and looked at me and said he’d be right back. I NEVER SAW HIM AGAIN. He didn’t even address the dirty clothes or the smell of the room. I understand I didn’t pay a whole lot for the room but my expectations were already low. This place shattered those LOW expectations by miles. There were some workers who were working in something but, they made a HUGE mess of the parking lot. Nails, pieces of sharp metal, pieces of vinyl siding EVERYWHERE. If I wasn’t an honest person, I could have easily stepped on a nail and sued this man but, I’m not like that. I paid VERY CLOSE attention.

Hotel is not in very good condition. It was inexpensive, but needs a lot of repairs and upgrades, and wasn’t very clean. Front desk rarely there to resolve issues etc…

The room was terribly rundown. Hair and mold in tub & shower curtain. Smeared mirrors. Dilapidated furniture. The only things clean were towels and sheets.

We didn’t have a trash can to put our trash in, the shower was disgusting and the roof was covered in water damage. Okay for just a 1 night stay for the price but definitely would not recommend for a multiple night stay. When we went to check in there was a dog that ran at us barking to the front desk check in. Even though there were signs everywhere that said no pets.
