“Had a wonderful stay here. Host was easy to communicate with and provided clear and simple check in and check out instructions. Stayed with family and friends from out of town and enjoyed the locale and the beach. Would recommend!”

“Conveniently located on a quiet street. House itself needs some TLC (to say nothing of some additional furniture and kitchen amenities) but bed was comfortable and the shower had a steady flow of hot water. We weren't looking for much more but were surprised that that's as much as we got. Communication with the host was spotty including receiving arrival/entry instructions, but all came through in the end.”

“Lovely house for a family or group. Pool was large and really private. Spacious and clean rooms with lots of wardrobe storage. Location was ideal and had plenty of great food/coffee options within walking distance, which can be rare in LA. Great value overall.Only issue we found was that the downstairs floor wasn't as clean as it could be, our young daughter's socks were really dirty every day and when we wiped it with kitchen paper it came up black. Rest of the house spotless! Very minor but...
