La gente del servicio es muy atenta, pero te tienes que acostumbrar al ritmo del Pacífico, con calma. “Room was comfortable and clean and is well located in central Vila”

“Our spa room was a little tired however it was immaculately cleaned daily and all the staff were super friendly and helpful. Could not fault the wait staff at the bar and restaurant. Nothing was a problem.”

“Need a lot of improvements”

“Toilests are filty and run down the bathrooms have no proper shower and hot water .Cochroches everywhere no eating utensils no sheets on the bed only tiny blanket. Power points arent working, fan turn on no control full blast only. To make matters worst the care taker cant speak English French or Bishlama only Chinese just wondering where this care taker came from.We need someone to communicate with.The only one good thing there was the friendly security and the house keeping lady who...

“Loved our stay at Waves. Hubby got a surf in. Great snorkelling out back even on low tide. Friendly staff that go above and beyond. Highly recommend for self contained place.”

“Had the most perfect stay in paradise. Everything you want for a relaxed island getaway. Accomodation was perfect, staff very friendly and helpful and excellent meals at the restaurant. We used the kayaks every day and snorkeled at the small reef to the east of the island. All villas appear to have water frontage.
