“Comfortable, clean room in a quaint old pub. Food was OK, but pricey. The most disappointing thing, given that the pub is owned by Adnams, was the quality of the beer. I tried all three of their staple brews, all of which I know and like, but they were all flat and lifeless. They were also very expensive given that they were only brewed ‘up the road’!!”

“Two adults stayed. Used both bedrooms. Very hot but able to open windows. Enjoyed the upstairs outside deck when we were there. Useful having washing machine. Plenty of street parking, but tight spaces & don’t rely on parking directly outside. Bathroom tiny but fit for purpose. Easy walk to beach front. Thank you ”

“In need of a face lift! Dated and tired, but clean and presentable. It just felt it had seen better times and desperately needed some love and some cash. Car park is scruffy, and unmaintained. Food is acceptable and the coffee is ok. WiFi not the best, but the bed was comfy.”

“I had an extremely poor experience at easyHotel Ipswich and would not stay here again. Before arrival, I contacted the hotel to add my daughter to the booking but received no response. Instead, I was sent a generic reminder to bring ID, which I did (including my passport), yet no ID was even checked on arrival. We arrived at 9:30pm and were given a room that was not suitable for a family, despite my prior request. When I raised this at reception, I was told the hotel was fully booked and that...
