Modern home near historic downtown and Port Royal town beach. Pet friendly!

  • Enjoy central A/C, wifi, WD, BBQ in the fenced backyard. Kitchen is stocked with Keurig coffee maker, blender and many utensils (crock pot, coffee press and more in pantry). Located just a block from beautiful Southside Park with walking trail, brand new playground, a dog park, tennis, and lots of Pickleball Courts (we've got paddles for you). Cycle the Spanish Moss trail with the 5 bikes in the garage. Use the included Park Pass to visit beautiful Hunting Island state park beach.

    Smart TVs in every bedroom, 65" in living room. Beach towels are provided as well as 5 bicycles and some beach chairs, a sun shade, CornHole boards, some games and puzzles for all ages. Our motto is no chores for the guests as we have a professional cleaning team.

    5 min walk or bike ride to Spanish Moss Trail.
    2 min drive to Saturday Farmers Market
    4 min drive to Port Royal cafes
    10 min drive to Parris Island
    9 min drive to Historic Downtown Beaufort
    25 min drive to Hunting Island State Park Beach (pass provided)

Jasmine Cottage was a wonderful place to stay. Nicely located to go to Beaufort and Port Royal. Noelle provides more amenities than most.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a girl’s trip. Everything was perfect from decor, comfort and distance to anything. We enjoyed dining on Lady’s Island, found over 150 shark teeth and loved the beauty of the state park. We shopped downtown and took a day trip to Charleston. I look forward to another visit.

"Had a wonderful stay! The home was beautiful, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for our family vacation. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and made us feel right at home. The location was great, and we enjoyed every minute of our time there. Our host was responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. Thank you for helping make our trip so enjoyable!"

The pictures in the listing are exactly what the place looks like. High quality furnishings, linens, well equipped kitchen, comfy beds and lots of extras like the bikes and games. Highly recommend.

The home was so comfortable and had extra touches like cozy throw blankets, a selection of tea, and very comfortable bedding. The house was very responsive and helpful especially in suggestions of things to do locally.

Everything about this property is 5 stars! Roomy and well appointed. Clean and comfortable. Communication with host was timely and pertinent. The availability of bicycles and the state park pass is a huge plus. Had a GREAT weekend getaway and would definitely rent this property again if the host will have us! Location is on a quiet street, central to Beaufort and Port Royal. Short drives to most eating establishments and venues.

This house has it all! The little details made the difference. Kitchen had everything we needed. The beds and pillows were the most comfortable, we all said we slept so good while we were here. There are charging ports for devices located in every room. The house has everything you need for a successful vacation with kids and pets.The host was great with communicating and very helpful when we had a slight hiccup unlocking the front door.We frequent Beaufort and this house is our number one rental going forward.

Perfect for our stay during our son’s Marine Corps graduation. So cozy, clean & comfortable. We wanted for nothing- lots of attention to detail, even k-cups for our early mornings!!

This home met our expectations and beyond! All bathrooms and bedrooms were immaculately clean! The living and dining rooms were quaint and provided cozy feeling! The kitchen was equipped with all the right things! Bonus-my fur baby loved the backyard! There is a nearby park for kids and dogs, in walking distance from the property. We wish we could have made our stay longer!

Noelle’s home was absolutely PERFECT!! She was also very quick to respond to ALL communication and very accommodating! The house was super clean, fully stocked and beautifully decorated!! Beds were so comfortable and it was a perfect spot for a short family vacation! Thank you for making everything awesome!!

The house was great! Best amenities I’ve ever experienced, from nice toilet tissue to multiple charging stations. Host great with communications!! Super location for Port Royal and visiting the other islands. I would definitely stay here again.

This property was outstanding! Beautifully decorated, well equipped, and spotlessly clean! It was so close to Parris Island, so if you’re going for Marine Corps graduation, it is a perfect place to stay. The host was incredibly responsive and very accommodating. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

Wonderful family vacation

This is our second trip to the area, and the house was perfect. Great location, plenty of amenities, clean and modern. This house will definitely be our top choice for future trips.

Great Place

The house had everything we needed and was close to the beach and restaurants. The host was great, very informative and responsive. Would stay here again.

The host has thought of every amenity to make it feel like home. The house was more beautiful in person and we can't wait to visit again. Comfortable beds, great fenced in back yard, lots of room for activities made for a great time! Highly recommend

Amazing, can't recommend enough

Super clean, totally caters to guests, super easy check in, beautiful property, convenient to everything in the area. Can't recommend enough, highly encourage anyone looking to stay in the Beaufort area to rent this place. Will be renting again if we come back to the area.
