Oceanfront House - 5 Bedroom

Welcome to your vacation beach home on the southern half of Fripp Island! This home sits right beside the beach with magnificent views of the ocean. There are 2 ten foot wide porches, each equipped with rocking chairs and hammocks. The back porch sits right on the ocean and leads to an open deck seating area with shower and direct access to the beach. The front porch has views of the marsh and unrivaled marsh sunsets. At low tide the beach extends out to a half mile sandbar and an inlet which fronts onto an adjacent undeveloped Pritchards island.

The house includes 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. There is a Master Bedroom with spectacular ocean views, a King bed, private full bath, smart TV, and Sofa. Two additional bedrooms contain 2 Queen beds each and share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. A fourth bedroom contains a Queen bed (with a hallway bath opposite it), while the 5th bedroom, on the ground / downstairs level, has a King bed, a private full bath, TV, and can be accessed from either an enclosed stairwell inside or a separate door leading directly outside. A washer and dryer are located on the main floor. High speed WiFi internet and cable TV are included. 2 Kayaks are also included.

When you're not at the beach, you can visit one of the island's swimming pools and other club amenities with the purchase of amenity cards. Club amenities include two golf courses, ten tennis courts, six pools, children's camp, restaurants, cruises, gym, computer business center, equipment rental, shops, and more. Equipment rentals include golf carts, scooters, bicycles, boats, kayaks, jet skis, etc. Please note that as Fripp is a private island, amenity cards are required if you would like to use these facilities or engage in club-sponsored activities on the island. While you do NOT need amenity cards to enjoy the beach or island, the club will charge an additional cost per card in addition to a 12.8% surcharge on your total night stay - but again these additional club fees are only in the event that you decide to buy club amenity cards.

In the summer we request that guests book for 7 days (SAT-SAT), while for the rest of the year booking requires a 3-4 night minimum length, depending on the time of year. Check-in is 4pm and check-out is 10am to allow adequate servicing and cleaning time.

We also offer a 6 seater electric golf cart which can be rented for an additional fee and will be cheaper than any local rental services.

Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate pets and cannot make exceptions.
