Came to visit family nearby for Springbreak. This place was a perfect base. Exactly as described online. Beds were comfortable and linens were super soft. Antonio was very responsive and checked in to make sure all was well. The access pass to the local beach/state park was a bonus. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Antonio was a wonderful host & the house was great! It was clean & comfortable with all the amenities that we could possibly need. The back yard was so nice with games, swings & the fire pit. It's close to great restaurants as well as the water front park & shops. We came for a USMC graduation & the drive to the base was very convenient. We had a great stay & will definitely be back at some point for a family vacation when we can enjoy it for longer. Thank you Antonio for sharing your beautiful home!

The “Sand In My Boots” house was perfect for our family. It slept our family of 8 very comfortably with three great bedrooms and a pullout couch and two full bathrooms. The kitchen and living room were great and offered everything we needed when not out exploring Beaufort and the surrounding areas. Our kids loved the huge backyard with swings and games. The hosts were responsive to our messages and provided wonderful amenities including a Hunting Island state park pass, plenty of games (indoors and out), beach towels, and beach wagon. The house boasts high speed internet and multiple televisions for relaxing when not out fishing or at the beach. If you are in town for a Marine graduation at Paris Island, the location is absolutely perfect as it is so easy to get to the base from the house. We would absolutely stay here again and would recommend this lovely home to anyone!

Great stay

11 miles from Paris Island. We had 12 people over for lunch after graduation. There was plenty if space. The master bedroom is amazing.

Perfect house and location!

Our stay was awesome!! We’ve rented many places via VRBO and all were good, but not great. This rental was great from the house itself and location to the communication with the host. We had a group of friends coming from 3 different states who wanted to stay close to friends who reside in Beaufort. The description of the house and anmenities is spot on and our host was extremely attentive and very welcoming. I highly recommend renting this place. We will certainly be back!

Family gathering

We stayed to attend a family function. Sand in my boots was in the perfect location and gave us an opportunity to reconnect with the family who stayed! Everything about the home was perfect including the hosts! Will definitely visit again!!

Marine Corp Graduation

We are absolutely thrilled with the care and attention that we were given by our hosts. Our family truly is blessed to have had such a wonderful experience. Lauren and Antonio were absolutely the best. This was our first experience with a VRBO rental and it was 1000% above and beyond our expectations. They had a Marine Corp flag flying on the front of the house when we arrived. Two of our family members (elders) are Marines. To have that in place touched all our hearts. We simply cannot thank them enough for allowing us the priviledge to stay in their beautiful home. We will most definitely be referring their property to other Marine Recruit families. Should we ever have a need to return to Parris Island, we will definitely book their home again.

A Perfect Stay

My family and I needed somewhere to stay while we attended my son’s graduation at Parris Island. We could not have had a better experience than Sand in My Boots. Antonio and Lauren were immediately responsive, accommodating, and resourceful with all of our needs. They made it so easy for us to just focus on what we needed to. It was super clean, cozy, and beds (and sofa!) were very comfortable. Thank you so much for giving us a memorable stay!!! I highly recommend it to anyone.

Great stay, great location! Awesome overall!

The place is clean and spacious. I was in a pinch to find a place on short notice and the property manager was extremely understand, helpful, and quick to answer. The location is great and close to many attractions near by.

Excellent Choice

This is by far the best Air B&B I’ve ever stayed at. Super clean and looks even better in person than in the pictures. The host was super friendly and helpful. The house was just perfect, it was comfortable, had everything we needed and felt right at home. Next time I come back down to Beaufort I will definitely be staying here again! I would highly recommend this home to anybody coming to the area!!
