There is a No Trespassing sign and the homeowner told us this happens all of the time. I asked directly about access to the lake bc my husband has bad knees and was told it was easily accessible, flat terrain and minimal steps. All are false. Even if it was easily accessible the NO TRESPASSING sign prevent you from even getting to the lake. AVOID this listing! We called...
