Very inconsiderate considering the time it takes to get refunded by vrbo - I am still waiting for my refund after long conversations with them. “We had a great time staying here. It was easy to access.Some minor cleaning issues could be addressed. The slip covers on the sofa should be cleaned. We didn't have pods for the dishwasher and there was only one dishtowel so we donated one. Benjamin was responsive to our needs and had there been some instructions regarding use of the fob for entry, we wouldn't have bothered him.Overall, it was a great location for spending time with our nearby family and we would stay here again.”

“The location was wonderful, and the apartment was clean and orderly. There was a bit of noise from the apartment above (footsteps traveled), so I'd recommend a sound machine. The host communicated frequently but not thoroughly and left some instructions out of the messages (such as the WiFi info, which I had to reach out and ask for).
