“Close to shoreline marina and the restaurants and shops near there.”

“My 3rd time staying there and I’ll return. My favorite place to stay in LA”

“Very good place to stay.!”

“Make sure you're not getting an upstairs unit if you're afraid have heights or have any mobility issues. The spiral staircase looks a little scary but was solid. We felt like we were in a hotel room. Communication was great. Would absolutely stay here again.”

“The Host changed the dates of the booking by a week without any notice 2 days before I checking in. The host ghosted me and did not change the dates back at all. Before he ghosted me, he was rude and sketchy. Do not book this room, you will get scammed. I thankfully caught the changes he made before the refund policy expired the next day. Parking was a bit of a hassle, there was limited street parking. Luckily a neighbors suggested the pay to park lot 2 blocks down.”
