This house on the lake is absolutely wonderful — spotless, well-equipped with everything you could possibly need, and beautifully maintained. The lake setting is very calming, surrounded by stunning natural scenery that changes with every season. Whether you’re visiting in summer to enjoy the water, this place is perfect year-round.

Exceptional experience all around. Right off the bat we had a small issue with the keypad entry and the host answered on the first ring and quickly remedied the problem. The host was a pleasure through the entire experience. The house itself is newly renovated throughout and impressively clean. The open floor from the kitchen to the living room give it a nice sized area to entertain a large family and then some. The pellet stove really makes this a nice room to relax comfortably in. Access to the lake is as advertised and very convenient. I was impressed by the clarity and cleanliness of the water as well. You'll definitely enjoy your morning coffee on the back deck as you stare out across the still water.The location itself is perfect if you're looking for a quieter spot that isn't in the middle of the busier lake areas, but still only a few minutes from just about everything. Will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful lakeside home! The home was very clean and the host was so helpful throughout the booking process & our stay! A week before our stay, I asked the host if they knew of any hiking trails around & they were able to research some in the area for us. We ended up hiking up Belknap mountain where we saw a beautiful view of the lake region & was perfect for our pup who joined us in our weekend stay! The day of check in, the host was able to update us when cleaning was done to be able to check in early which worked out amazingly! We loved this home, we will definitely be booking again :)

Holiday weekend get away

My family had a wonderful weekend relaxing on the lake! Our group of 7 was extremely comfortable with plenty of room for us all. We spent most of our time in the backyard enjoying the paddle boards and kayak. We also enjoyed a campfire and playing games on the deck. I highly recommend this fantastic get away spot!

Our stay was amazing. We had some bad weather, but it didn't cause any disruption. The home was well stocked and perfectly equipped for our stay. It was clean inside, and the yard was well maintained. The deck was perfect for a little nature watching while you sip a beverage or have dinner. The area was quiet, and we felt safe at all times. There are several restaurants, retails stores, and gas stations within 15 minutes. The hosts were absolutely amazing, and extremely responsive. We truly enjoyed our stay and would 100% recommend this place to anyone!! We did not want to leave.

Perfect Quick Getaway from Boston

We had a truly wonderful stay at this lakefront property in New Hampshire! The setting was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views right from the house and so much to do on the lake. We loved having access to paddleboards, kayaks, and canoes—such a treat to be able to get on the water at any time (though it was a little too cold to do it this trip!)! The mornings were so peaceful with ducks and geese lazily floating along the lake. The home itself was cozy and thoughtfully prepared, with central heating as well as individual units in the bedrooms, which made chilly nights extra comfortable. The kitchen was impressively stocked, making it easy to prepare meals when we stayed in (with a very nice and modern stove!) The location was perfect for a peaceful getaway but still close enough (just a 10-15 minute drive) to reach some great local restaurants and a charming town with everything we needed. While it was just the two of us, we could see that the basement area would be fantastic for kids, providing them with space to play or unwind. The attention to detail in every part of this home made our stay relaxing and memorable. The hosts were easily reachable and very communicative as we got ready for our stay, and checked in with us while we were there to make sure it was all going great. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking to unwind by a beautiful lake with all the comforts you could want! Was around 90 minutes from Boston so great for a long weekend!

Family Vacation House

I stayed with my family for 3 nights and it felt like a home. House was neat and clean and every amenities described in the listing was accurate. The only difficult part was the sofas in the living rooms had cat hairs. Me and my family do not have pets so it wasn't comfortable for us. But other than that we enjoyed our stay. Host is super responsive and gets back to you right away with any questions you may have. Overall, it is a good vacation rental for a family.

Great relaxing week

We rented from Ralph and Cecile the last week of September and it was wonderful. Their home is so tastefully decorated and comfortable that it felt like home. The kitchen is beautiful and had everything we needed. I drink instant coffee and they have an electric, glass pot to boil water and a great blender for smoothies. Both nice surprises! The appliances were brand new. It was only my husband, myself and our dog so we only needed the one bedroom but the two other rooms were perfect for a family with children. Our dog loved the beach and ability to swim every day. There is a nice walk on a town trail through the woods up the street and close to other easy hikes in Meredith and Guilford. It was so nice to be able to kayak on the lake. They have a kayak, canoe and paddle boards as well as a few life vests. We had amazing Thai food from Vong’s in Tilton. There is a Market Basket and Super Walmart 15 mins away. Also stop by Jordan’s homemade ice cream, 5 mins away, when it’s open for the season. You will love staying at this beautiful home! Ralph was great at communicating. Amazing owners and we look forward to our next stay, without our pup, so we can enjoy the railroad around Winnipesaukee in Meredith.

Amazing stay

We had an amazing time in this lake house. The host were fantastic, very responsive and did everything they can to help us when needed. The house was perfect, very cleaned and well equiped. We spent a lot of time outside in the lake, or on the large balcony. The neighborhood is very quiet and the location perfectly located. We will definately try to come again.

Calm Lake Vacation

We absolutely loved our week stay at this lake house. The lake was perfect for fishing and using the property's kayak, canoe, and paddle boards. The location was great for getting to arcades, grocery stores, mini golf, disc golf and even to larger beach areas if you want. The house was a great setup and very well equipped for our needs.

Lainey weekend -

My daughter and two of her friends stayed for the weekend. We enjoyed the large deck and beautiful view of the lake. We paddle boarded and kayaked. We went to the Lainey Wilson concert which was only a short drive. We ventured in weirs beach for bike week. The house was perfect.
