Bienvenido a 19 Siskin! Esta hermosa casa de 4 dormitorios y 3. 5 baños está situada en el tranquilo y pintoresco río Deschutes, que ofrece vistas espectaculares. Las características adicionales de esta casa incluyen:

-Al entrar en la casa, se encuentra una gran sala con capacidad para 9 personas y un bar.
-Hay una enorme chimenea de gas para que te sientas cómodo en los fríos meses de invierno o sal a la terraza en verano para disfrutar de la vista del río
-Adyacente a la gran sala hay un comedor con capacidad para 8

-Hay un comedor / desayunador informal hundido justo al lado de la cocina con capacidad para 5 personas

Wonderful Family Getaway

We had 3 separate families stay in this home with smaller children (2-11). I don't believe the posting does this property justice. Which may be ok, because we will definitely be looking for this one in the future. There was plenty of space for everyone to be together. The river is a short walk, in the snow it was fun! We enjoyed the hot tub nestled in the snow. Watching the squirrels, it was a wonderful getaway. The home is laid out nicely so that each room has its own privacy. And then the great room was so spacious for all of us to gather around and visit. The beds were comfortable, there were plenty of blankets. It was a wonderful stay.

Excellent riverside location

Fabulous home, excellent location for outdoor enthusiasts and those seeking peace and space. Home was welcoming, lots of space, great for family with teens, wonderful large living room with big fireplace and great for entertaining. We ran, skied and walked from the back door onto trails. Great, great location!

Great location

We’ve stayed all over Sunriver through the years and this location is our new favorite. It was amazing being right on the river with no pathway in front of the house-so it was quite and not a ton of pedestrian traffic. House Wes very clean. Could use some more kitchen/cooking supplies but we managed.

Great location right on the river with access!

This was a great location for us-- right on the river. The house has a great layout for two families with kids. It has a whole set of adult bikes (no helmets though), a Jacuzzi and a large outdoor grill, and an extra fridge in the garage. 3 of the bedrooms are large though the main bathrooms are pretty outdated (& shower upstairs didn't drain well). For us the main draw was being right on the river which IS ACCESSIBLE from the property though we had no way of knowing that until we arrived since no one responded to our questions prior to arrival. (more on that below). We enjoyed our stay but we were surprised by a few things that we think other renters would appreciate knowing. This house is not really managed. I sent 2 emails to the "property manager" prior to booking to request some information to make sure the house was a good fit for our families. Since we really wanted to stay on the river and this was the only house available on the river we just went ahead and booked it and held our breath. After booking I called the Sunriver management number to try and get some information. The first person I spoke with said that they did not manage that property-- only their own properties! I called back and found someone who took the time to figure out my reservation and confirmed that they do manage the property but as you can imagine, they had no specific information relating to the house. They provided some information about tennis and the pool facilities at Sunriver but NOTHING about the house and amenities. For such a nice property I was expecting way better customer service-- or at least some customer service. Seems amiss for the overall quality and price point of the home. I'll provide what we noted so others can be prepared! -there are adult bikes (maybe 6) but no helmets - no beach/ Jacuzzi towels - kitchen had lots of pots, pans, plates, utensils, decent knives and glasses but if I were to come again I would pack: extra dish/hand towels (there were only 2), paper towels (none were provided), dishwasher detergent (only enough for a load a day which is not enough for 8 people/ 2 families), and bring your own liquid soap. They stock with tiny bars of hotel style soap which doesn't work well for the kitchen - House does NOT have SHARC passes but did have access to the Cove Pool.

Gorgeous, comfortable home!

Our 1st family reunion and this house was perfect. It was the gathering spot for two housefuls and worked beautifully. Huge front room where we could all gather in front of the huge gas fireplace. We had a gorgeous view of the Deschutes River and enjoyed watching the wildlife. Each of the 4 bedrooms is very separate from each other so gives each their privacy. If I could give this house a 10 I would. I would say the only downside is the kitchen is a bit small. However, it was so well stocked (the best of any rental I've used) that it wasn't even an issue. I would whole heartedly recommend this home and plan to keep this in mind for future gatherings.
