    This condo is within walking distance of the Deschutes River Trail and Riverbend Park. Old Mill District is nearby, where you'll find shopping, a cinema, and a variety of restaurants. Sunny days are best spent stand-up paddleboarding, floating, or kayaking on the river, hiking, or mountain biking on nearby trails. In winter, skiing on Mt. Bachelor is a short drive up SW Century Drive.

Comfortable condo, great location to the old mill district and Mt Bachelor. Nice quality pans and knives. Kitchen is well- stocked with utensils and cooking items. Management company was a little difficult to work with— there is no onsite support and they take 24 hrs to respond or need to follow up with a phone call. Check out instruction were provided via app only — and were not seen until after we departed. Construction is occurring next door, so surprise- no quiet from 7:30am - 4:30 pm.

Beautiful condo

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo is clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable. It has a great deck and hottub with lovely views. We also took advantage of the amenities, including the community pool and trails. Communication was easy and the property managers are very responsive..we hope to return for winter/ski season!
