Cozy King Bed, Private Bathroom and Entryway

Indulge in a thoughtfully designed 300 sq ft private room (which we call "the studio"), featuring a king bed, private entry, and spa-like bathroom with heated floors. The skylights and abundant natural light create a bright, airy feel. Enjoy AC, WiFi, smart TV, Keurig, kitchen essentials, EV charger, and self check-in.

Private room, but the bedroom and bathroom share a wall with a neighboring studio, so please expect normal noise transfer.

The space
Welcome to our charming "studio," nestled in a peaceful and beautiful neighborhood. The home features a 3-car driveway, where you will park on the right (in front of the gate) and walk on through. As you travel through the gate, you will look for a white door with the number 2. If you turn behind the house, you've walked too far.

As you step into the space, you'll be greeted by the vaulted ceilings and inviting ambiance of the thoughtfully designed and comfortable bedroom. The bathroom is generously sized, providing a safe space for you to refresh, including heated tile floors that will keep your feet warm and cozy, especially during cooler months. The wardrobe is perfect for unpacking multiple suitcases, and the giant mirror will help you make sure you're looking your best.

One of the studio's standout features is the carefully curated set of amenities that will make you feel right at home. Wake up to bright sunlight coming in through the tall skylights and the aroma of freshly brewed coffee or tea (courtesy of the Keurig), to kick start your day. At night, retreat to the king-sized bed that promises restful slumber. The ceiling fan, fireplace, and AC/heat offer a comfortable climate, ensuring you sleep soundly, no matter the weather outside.

What truly makes this space special, however, is the welcoming feeling that envelopes you from the moment you arrive. As hosts, we have put our hearts into creating a space that not only meets your needs but hopefully exceeds your expectations. The bathroom and bedroom wall, however, do share a wall with "Studio 3," so please expect normal noise transfer. We have done our best to mitigate sound transmission, however, it is impossible to block all sound between the two units.

Guest access
You will be able to access the bedroom and full bath pictured, as well as parking one vehicle.

Other things to note
Absolutely NO SMOKING or vaping or hookah or e-cigarettes or ANY other form of illegal or legal drug use, including marijuana. Should there be a smell or any evidence of drug use, a $500 per person per day fee will be charged. We take it that seriously.
