We had a nice stay overall and enjoyed our time at this home. It has a few quirks, but it was comfortable and met our needs. The beds were very comfortable, and we loved having the dining table for meals and playing games.One thing to note is that the train runs right behind the home. It was louder than we expected at first, but it was actually really fun to watch it go by. Fun that there is a railroad crossing sign as a decor item great touch!The only suggestion we'd make is that the AC could use a little attention, as the home was a bit warm during our stay on some hot summer days.Overall, we had a good experience and would recommend it to others looking for a comfortable place to stay in Sunriver. Thank you so much!

Great location!

The location was perfect!! So close to the Village and SHARC. House was cozy. My daughter enjoyed her own space upstairs in the loft.

Very nice

The house was clean, well equipped, and very comfortable. It was walking distance to the SHARC and you could walk to the village if you felt so inclined (it was about a mile away). I would definitely stay there again.

Birthday weekend

Wonderful house 5 minutes from the village. Great for groups with a very open layout, great for playing games or just hanging out!

Nice for small family

Place was great for our small family. Close to sharc and mall. Cruiser bikes available in the garage was an appreciated plus. Next to the train tracks but hardly noticeable.

Relaxing trip!

We came to sunriver for my husbands bday and loved our stay here. This house is close to everything that you would want access to (especially with kids!) hosts were amazing and incredibly helpful when we had questions. The house was clean and we had enough blankets to keep us cozy. I loved the cozy fireplace and location the most!

Nice place!

We were in town for a wedding, so we didn’t use the hot tub or cook. The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the living room furniture was great for lounging. My family enjoyed this house. The train was a bonus!

Overall, a good stay. The beds to me felt like they needed to be replaced. The fridge door needs adjusted it makes a clunk noise when opening.

Clean and convenient

This house was clean and had everything we needed. We didn't have time to use the hot tub or SHARC passes but everything was right there with instructions should we have needed them.

Great location at this property. It is super close to the SHARC and major village. Some of the Sunriver homes are inconveniently far out - not so here. The 8 SHARC passes were definitely a plus. That said, a few quibbles that just need dealing with or might be of importance to others. 1) hot tub says “out of order” and isn’t usable on property. 2) two of the largest bikes had flat tires. Couldn’t inflate - appeared to be broken stems. 3) the foldout bed upstairs is very small. I don’t think it could be adequately shared by two kiddos unless they were around 5-6 years old or younger. 4) the house says it has AC, which while technically true it was made up of an old mini split with a remote that was unreadable and thus made ops terribly difficult and one upstairs room portable unit that had a note not to use besides at night… The temps didn’t get over mid 80s so it wasn’t unbearable during our visit, but if it were 90 I’d be concerned.

Nice place to stay several days

Pros: very responsive host; well & tastefully furnished; good hot tub; good a/c; convenient to have bikes, though they needed some work - chains, tires; quiet Con: bbq grill needs to be replaced - really dirty, beyond cleaning.

Just about everything we were expecting based on house description and other reviews. The living spaces were a little dark, so we found ourselves frequently adjusting our space for our games and puzzles. Very basically appointed home which was adequate for our stay, but no extras or personal touches (for example, I think this was the first time I’ve stayed in a VRBO with a private owner that did not provide a couple k-cups or supply tissue boxes—little things, I know, but those are the welcoming touches that make great impressions).

Wi-Fi is in and out. Check was fine. Missing a couple items on kitchen- potato peeler and plastic containers for leftovers.

Thanksgiving stay

We really enjoyed the house and found it to be very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. We enjoyed using the hot tub. There were no working exterior lights, aside from one porch light. There was an abundance of dead moths in the downstairs bathroom(shower) and living room.

Fun family vacay

We had an excellent time at this property. It was a fabulous location with just a short bike ride to the SHARC and just a bit further to the village. Great outdoor patio. The owners were very quick to communicate. It was unfortunate that the Jets on the hot tub weren’t working. We didn’t realize the train ran behind the house but the noise wasn’t overly noticeable.

Wonderful and walkable

All of Sunriver is a good location as far as scenery and privacy. This home is also situated within walking distance from the SHARC and the village. If you walk the other direction, there is a nice playground and basketball court. We did a lot of walking and biking, so the bikes and the garage were nice to have. We had a fabulous Christmas here, and the owners were immediately responsive with a small issue that came up with the hot tub.

Lovely house

This was a perfect house for the 4 of us. It was very clean, comfortable, and the bikes and sharc passes were great. Michelle was very easy to communicate with. You are on the outskirts near the train tracks, but I didn't even hear the train. The only thing I would suggest is the deck needs to be redone.

Great location and large deck

We loved the large deck with lots of spots to sit with varying sunny or shade options. Great location near the SHARC and village. Lots of dishes and cooking pots and pans. The train did not bother us and we had fun making videos for my young grandson when they passed by. There were a couple negatives like not a lot of basics for cooking like salt, some things being a little outdated and lots of spiders, so maybe more spraying would be helpful. Overall we were very happy. Thank you!

Almost perfect

The house was great, it was clean and equipped with plenty to do! We enjoyed the deck every morning and evening, saw deer on several of those occasions. It was sadly too warm to use the hot tub for us, but we’re happy to have the option. The only downfall to the home is the A/C. It needs a bigger unit for the house, the upstairs was way to hot in the evening for the upstairs folks. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and the home.

Amazing location

I’ve been visiting Sunriver since I was a child. This house was perfect for our needs. It is a very short bike ride to the SHARC, the Village, and Fort Rock Park. It is also within easy walking distance to the SHARC and Village. We loved the Mountain bikes and used them daily for rides around SunRiver. The house is right by the railroad tracks but we were never bother by the noise. Instead, we thoroughly enjoyed the view whenever it passed by. We were also able to enjoy seeing a Mama doe with two fawns from the kitchen window as well as chipmunks on the deck. The owner Michelle is incredible and responds quickly to any questions and concerns. She is very kind, accommodating, and responsive.
