  • This reverse living home is tucked away in the quiet south end of Sunriver. Just a 5 minute walk to the Sunriver Village Mall, it is convenient to shops and restaurants.
    Features include:
    *Updated furnishings and furniture
    *All stainless steel appliances
    *Slate in entry/stairs
    *Travertine tile in kitchen and bathrooms
    *Quartz slab counters in kitchen and bathrooms

    There is also a ping pong table in the single car garage to release your competitive spirit! Enjoy lounging on the two decks--one upper level with BBQ or you can soak your cares away in the hot tub on the lower deck. Shaded by large ponderosa pines, you are sure to enjoy a relaxing time in this lovely vacation home.

    8 SHARC PASSES--UNLIMITED USE! If you're not familiar with Sunriver, the SHARC is a fabulous complex of pools and slides, both indoor and outdoor, designed for the pleasure of all ages. Without these passes it costs $25/person for entry during the summer. These passes give you access to the SHARC with no additional fees on your part. You also have access to the tubing hill and tennis and pickleball courts with these passes.

Great stay. It was clean and waking distance to most anything. Sharc passes were great. Only issue was the stove wasn’t usable during our stay, it was being repaired after we left. Great communication with the owner. Would rent again.

Paul’s property is amazing! Home away from home! He is very receptive and easy to communicate with! By far - the greatest host we have come across! And the house is absolutely gorgeous and perfect for our family! The kids absolutely loved the comfy bunk beds and the PlayStation setup! The rest of the house is really cozy and spacious and the kitchen is greatly equipped with everything you could need. We can’t wait to go back again! Thank you for everything Paul!

Went for a little outta town get away. The house was perfect. Lots and lots of stair walking, but we knew that coming into it. Kitchen was completely stocked. The house had everything we needed. We loved the quiet neighborhood, easy to walk to the villiage for some food. The hot tub was great each evening and morning! Definitely recommend!

Great vacation with the family!

Our family of 7 stayed here this last week and it was a great place to stay! The place was clean and everything was working including all of the bikes and hot tub. We will definitely staying here again next summer.

Great home for a ski vacation

We used the home for a quick ski vacation to Mt Bachelor. We loved the location to the mountain as well as the village in Sunriver. The hot tub was perfect after a long day at the slopes!

Perfect Sunriver location

This property was perfect for our family. We loved how close it is to the village as we go almost daily. We watched deer each night and the bike trail was close by.

We had a great stay! Very comfortable and well stocked home. Enjoyed the hot tub, access to SHARC and the bikes available for our use! Great location, easy walk/ ride to the village. We also loved that there was a small play structure for the kids just across the street. (Think it’s technically part of the property next to it, but no one seemed to care).

Sunriver Oregon is our favorite place to vacation and this beautiful home was perfect to help us enjoy our stay. Within walking distance to the village. I believe it took us about 10 minute walk. Very nice location and beds were very comfortable. The hot tub was a definite plus. Will definitely be back next year.

Great Cozy Getaway

We enjoyed our time at this property, just big enough for our large family. The house exceeded my expectations! My only suggestion for the owner is to upgrade the outdoor lighting on the back porch, it was really hard to see/use the BBQ in the evenings.

per kids…oh grammy, this place was awesome!!!!!! per dil…great place, easy check in, place had everything we needed and the kids loved loved loved the hot tub! per grammy…will be coming here for the next trip to oregon cause the kids loved it so much. my granddaughter reports she had a great birthday/spring vacay!

We spent most of our time outside the home. Suited our needs. Downstairs bedrooms were pretty dark, but other than that was a very positive experience.

Great Stay!

This was a mini family reunion with our daughter and her children. This was a great place to stay! There were plenty of dishes, silverware and glasses for our group, enough bicycles and SHARC passes so that everyone got to enjoy all the amenities. The grandkids especially loved the hot tub and their room with bunk beds and a mini gaming area. The location is close to everything, yet very quiet. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend this place highly!

Comfortable beds

We stayed for a week and the beds are very comfortable. Everything was as expected. Bikes need some work, and bushes need to be trimmed in driveway so you don’t scratch your car. Great location.

Great place

Clean, nice place and great location. Owner was great at responding when the hot tub was not heating after our first night but unfortunately it did not heat back up to normal temp until the next day when it was time to leave. The main reason we booked was because of the hot tub.

Perfect Sunriver Family Home

This home was perfect for our family ski trip (2 adults and 2 boys, 15 and 17 yrs old). Walking distance to the village, very roomy, super comfortable beds, awesome hot tub and all amenities we needed. Highly recommended! Paul was super responsive and helpful.
