The Space:

This beautifully decorated Sunriver home is located near Fort Rock Park, and a short drive from Bend and Mt. Bachelor. It has a private hot tub, eight SHARC passes, and room for up to six guests.



The main living area hosts an extremely well-equipped kitchen with upgraded appliances, granite counter tops, and a dining room with seating for six. The living room has a gas fireplace and flat screen TV. If you want to check email, log onto the WiFi. The one master bedroom in this home has a queen-size bed, ceiling fan operated with a remote control, and a lovely master bathroom with dual vanity sinks.



There is a queen in the second bedroom and two twins in the third room, providing room for up to six. These two bedrooms share a full-size hall bath, and there's a private washer and dryer. The deck has a gas barbecue, bubbling new hot tub, and deck furniture.



Venture down to the Village at Sunriver for music, ice-skating, mini golf, shopping, restaurants, and more! You'll love hot afternoons spent swimming, picnicking, or playing sports at SHARC.

Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire house, including the well-equipped kitchen, living room with a gas fireplace and flat screen TV, dining area, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Enjoy the private hot tub on the deck, perfect for relaxation. Guests also have access to eight SHARC passes, offering entry to SHARC for swimming, picnicking, and sports. Additionally, guests can utilize the gas barbecue and deck furniture. The property includes free parking in the garage. Please note that access to SHARC is subject to their rules and regulations.

A short walk or bike ride will take you to the Village at Sunriver, where you can enjoy a variety of dining options, from casual eateries to fine dining restaurants. Explore unique shops and boutiques, perfect for finding souvenirs or treating yourself. Families will love the mini golf and ice-skating rink in the Village. For outdoor enthusiasts, Fort Rock Park is close by, offering scenic trails and recreational activities. The Sunriver SHARC center is also conveniently located, providing swimming, water slides, and other fun activities for all ages. You'll find everything you need for a memorable vacation right at your doorstep.



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy! Free parking is available in the garage for your convenience. For those flying in, Redmond Municipal Airport (RDM) is approximately a 30-40 minute drive away. While Sunriver is primarily a driving destination, you'll find that many attractions, including the Village at Sunriver, are easily accessible by car, bike, or even a leisurely walk. Explore the area at your own pace and enjoy the scenic beauty of Central Oregon.

Welcome to our Sunriver home! Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. We kindly request that you respect these times to allow for proper cleaning and preparation for the next guests. This is a non-smoking property, and pets are not permitted. Included with your stay are eight SHARC passes, providing access to the SHARC facilities.
