Nice condo

We enjoyed our time here but wouldn’t call it serene and tranquil. The acoustics of the complex reverb in a way you can hear your neighbors. Inside the only thing that needs an upgrade is the pots and pans and maybe a new coffeemaker. If you are a cook they are not ideal. Nice time otherwise.

Great location. Needs cooking staples

This townhouse is definitely an older place but fits the needs nicely. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and pots and pans. However one very large negative is that there is absolutely zero spices, pan spray, or even a minimum of typical items needed for cooking. This would have been nice to know in the description so we would have been prepared for that as we do cook all of our breakfasts. That being said it was nice that there was so many place settings and plenty of glasses and cups etc. the electrical in the house is very odd. For example the light switch in the master bedroom switches on the tv and no actual lights. I think this is mostly due to the home being built in the 80’s. The patio looks out onto the pool area which was extremely nice and we sat there all the time. Great stay overall. The reason for the four stars was the lack of info regarding the cooking supplies and this is also because I’ve rented at many places and this was the first location that this happened at.

Nice Family getaway

Comfortable condo located near the North end of Sunriver by the Woodlands golf course. The property had 5 bikes, but without tools, only one was in good working order. We got around that issue by bringing our own bikes and renting bikes for the kids. Anyone relying on the bikes at the property would need to take bikes to one of the many bike shops for maintenance and/or adjustments. For those who like to cycle, it is a relatively easy ride to shopping, the marina, and other activities. We don't golf, but for those who do, it is very close to the Woodlands course. Excellent wi-fi connections allowed some of our group to work remotely, including connecting to conferences by MS Teams and Zoom while also connecting to remote resources through a VPN. Entering worked well with the electronic front door lock. Leaving and locking the door behind us was trickier as the electronic code did not seem to function to lock the deadbolt and there were no keys. We exited through the garage, ducking out as the powered door closed. With the exception of the cooktop, appliances worked well. We had to have maintenance on the gas cooktop because some of the burners had issues starting and the electronic sparking mechanism would continue for awhile after the gas started burning. Getting help was easy through the Vacasa phone number. The issue was not fully resolved and if I were staying longer, I would want a more thorough tuneup of the cooktop. All-in-all we greatly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely consider renting the property again.

Great place! Super cozy and clean!

It was the rare case of being more impressed by the condo in person than you are with the listing. We were very pleased with how clean it was. Lots of games, bikes, and ping pong. Plenty of towels and supplies for a 3 day stay. We would come again for sure!

Nice place to stay

A bit dated, especially the dishwasher which has a bad hinge. Otherwise everything was functional. Cozy place with comfy beds.

Highs and lows

Highs: 1. property manager was quick to respond to needs. And was able to reimburse us for bike rental that we needed because there were not as many bikes at the unit as advertised. 2. Pool was great! Private hot tub was nice to have. Game closet was stacked! Lots of space. Cupboards nicely stocked. Lows: old appliances meant a very loud dishwasher and an oven that took forever to preheat! Carpet was dirty. The unit is really far north which made it too far for us (we had 2 elementary aged kids) to bike to the village. It was a 20 minute bike ride. But we did bike to Fort Rock Park.

Great Vacation Getaway House

We loved our time here. Sunriver is always fun and this house was a great base for us. The house was exactly as advertised and the swimming pool, hot tub, and ping pong table were good additions to the equation. I would not hesitate to rent this house again.

Good place for the price

Nice family place for six. The wooden ceiling image might say more about their photography skills than the house but it’s an average home in Sunriver that’s well maintained, clean and cozy. Clear timely communication from Vrbo. Won’t mind staying again.

Great home.

House was clean. Turnkey was easy to work with and quick at responding. Master king bed had a memory foam topper, the other three beds were spring mattresses. Having 2 1/2 bathrooms was great. The hot tub was perfect. Microwave and dishwasher were dated but functioned properly. Many of the cable channels were not available but not a deal breaker. Internet speed was good.

Getting in

The property itself was very very nice. I had a very hard time getting in and had to call three times for the code during the week to be changed. I was on hold for a bit waiting each time for someone to come on the line. They finally got it handled about 4 days in, and then there was no problem. Other then that, it was a great location and very comfortable.
