    The Space:

    This uniquely modern, home stands out among its neighbors in Sunriver, offering a delightfully airy, contemporary space to come home to after days spent swimming, golfing, skiing, or floating the Deschutes River.



    The living space is open and uncluttered, with central air-conditioning to keep you cool all summer and a gas fireplace to curl up next to as the winter snow piles up outside. The living room is anchored by an expansive sectional sofa, where you can gather with your loved ones to play games and watch movies on the TV mounted above the hearth. Just behind the sofa - and also with a view of the TV - are the dining room table and the sleek kitchen, offering elegant stainless steel appliances, streamlined cabinetry, and a long prep island with bar seating.



    When you're not taking advantage of Fort Rock Park's tennis courts or SHARC's indoor and outdoor pools, waterslides, and lazy river, you'll have your very own shaded patio with a private hot tub, lounge seating, and an outdoor TV. Additional amenities include a TV in each of the five bedrooms, a private laundry room, and free WiFi throughout the house.

Beautiful house nice and roomy. The place was spotless, it’s not very often something is as clean as you’d expect but this place was beautiful inside and out. The community it was a part of was great very convenient to go here or there. It was close to skiing or just about anything you may want to do.

Great place to stay for a work conference

Coworkers booked the home for a Sunriver conference. Great location. The house is nice and roomy, lots of space. The house had everything we needed. We took advantage of the walking paths, rode the provided bicycles, and enjoyed the hot tub. Check out instructions were a bit different from email to text to the booklet inside the house - ya might want to make them all the same.

Wonderful modern home

Had a great time staying at this modern style home. Had everything we needed for a family vacation with friends. Clean and super easy to check in and out. Property management was very communicative in case we needed them. We didn’t. Would stay again.

Spacious and Modern

We loved the overall aesthetic and design of the home! There is a perfect amount of bathrooms and bedrooms, and the kitchen island was a dream! The couch in the living room was a cozy place for us all to watch TV and hang out. The kids loved the ping pong table and the TV’s in each room were an added treat.

Spacious, comfortable, and so convenient!

We loved our stay at 9 Lassen! The house had everything we need and more including a well stocked modern kitchen, giant hot tub, lovely bathrooms, the most comfortable beds, plus a ping pong table and 2 loaner bicycles. The house was just a quick drive from the Sunriver Village (restaurants, market, shops) and the Sharc Center and just down the road from Lava Land Vistor's Center and the High Desert Museum.

Great gathering place for a family vacation!

Loved the comfort and ease of the house! Very clean and modern with tasteful decorations in every room. Kitchen has everything you would need as well as a built in espresso/coffee maker!! Great open layout of kitchen, dining table and living room. Make sure to use the hot tub!! Huge tub with lots of bells, whistles and lights! We definitely enjoyed our stay, it was definitely too short!

Great home, excellent customer service!

The home was beautiful, well stocked, and the layout was great. The amenities however were not intuitive, namely the oven and espresso maker. That’s where the excellent customer service comes in. The local Vacasa team responded promptly, and arrived on site friendly and eager to help. The property manager, Mike, was especially helpful and eager to resolve our issues. Shout out to the local Vacasa team. Taking such good care of your guests will guarantee a return. We’ll see you again next year.

Wonderful getaway

I love everything about this vacation home. It’s design is stunning, from the time you approach the entrance and the roomy open floor plan with the modern day fireplace and hot tub, to the large master bathrooms with large walk in closets and beautiful master bathrooms. Anyone would love to cook in the fully equipped kitchen with all up to date fixtures. The large kitchen has enough room for everyone to work together! This is a must see…

Great Modern Rental

Everything went very smoothly with this rental. We rented the house for two nights for 6 adults, and it was perfect. The place was very clean and spacious. It had everything we could have needed from kitchenware to bikes to towels and toiletries. We didn't have any issues and the location was perfect. We spent time in Bend, went on a hike at Smith Rock, and rode bikes around Sunriver. I would highly recommend this rental and would rent it again myself.

Great family stay!

The layout of this home made it very easy for our 3 families to be comfortable. The great room feel was incredible. It is a well appointed home with plenty of kitchen items that we needed to cook at the home. The only minor issue we had was that the hot tub wasn't locked and had some grit in the bottom, so we didn't want to use it since we didn't think it had been checked recently. They came to clean it out a couple of days into our trip though. Other than that, it was a PERFECT stay. We'd stay here again.

Wonderful Sunriver remodel

We have rented at least 10 homes in Sunriver over the past 10 years and this is the favorite by far! Great open floor plan for a big group. We had 11 people and were very comfortable. The spa is fantastic. All appliances are top of the line. Loved the huge couch with fireplace and TV. We are definitely coming back to this home! The only thing that would have made home better is another bathroom upstairs. 3 bedrooms share 1 bathroom but we made it work. Otherwise it was perfect!

Fantastic rental!

One of the best places we have stayed at in Sunriver. New, clean and fully equipped house made for a fun vacation. Gorgeous hot tub and patio, great TVs in every room. The only thing to check is the water pressure and water heating. It was not consistent. Adding a ping pong table in the third garage would make it perfect! we also suggest carrying your own fresh coffee beans to use the excellent coffee machine. But, we just loved the house and our stay! Thank you!!

GREAT HOME BUT..

The property was lovely. But, the oven didn't work for our entire stay. And there was very little on the cupboards and drawers. Short on kitchen supplies, no games, movies, bikes etc. Generally with a house of this size and price, those things are included.

Beautiful, new property

This house is just beautiful. The kitchen is very well-equipped, one of the best I’ve used in a rental. The televisions are giant and there’s one in every bedroom. The hot tub is ah-maz-ing!!! We sat in it while watching the first snow of the year. There isn’t anything for kids (we have a five year old) but we had brought a backpack of activities and he was fine. We hated to leave but would gladly book again. One thing to note: it’s a new rental and maybe will become more stocked but as of now, there aren’t any bicycles or snow equipment (ie. sleds)

A beautiful property with a lot of problems

The cleaning crew was still cleaning till 4:40 pm, 40 minutes past the check in time. Found a cellphone between the bed sheets, which means the sheets weren't clean. The metal railing poked a hole in my niece's pants and cut her thigh very badly. The property manager tried to solve the problems for us, then stopped replying.
