Very nice aesthetically and functionally. Perfectly clean and ready for us when we arrived. Great location for playing golf and close enough to Bend if you forgot to bring something. The Redmond airport is about 40 minutes away and is very nice.

House was great! Had a small issue with the grill, but the host was quick to get it fixed. If you plan on spending time on the patio or hot tub bring bug spray because the mosquitos are bad all over sunriver this year.

Beautiful Property

We greatly enjoyed the property. It was clean with all the amenities. The master suite downstairs was perfect, complete with a fireplace & then nice to have the space upstairs. It connected right to a trail that took us down to the water. We had a great stay & would definitely stay here again.

Summer beware

This was a nice, comfortable place to stay with four adults and two children. The ceilings were high and it felt like you were in your own large house despite it being a duplex. Easy access to trails and 5 min from everything fun in Sunriver. Would suggest only renting this place in the winter -- it was a little weird staying here in the middle of summer since it was decorated for Christmas, although our 4 year old loved the decor, and the place doesn't have AC which was a problem because the air quality was not good so we had to keep windows closed and with temps close to 100, it got uncomfortable quickly. Air purifiers are not provided - we brought ours from home. Also, was disappointed in the supplies provided - only 3 dishwashing tablets, no soap in the upstairs bathroom, and I would suggest bringing your own cooking pans because the ones they have are non-stick and are VERY scratched up.

Long family weekend

Very clean, well-stocked, the bikes and hot tub were wonderful! Property management was incredibly helpful and responded to our questions immediately. Our only recommendation would be to make it clear in the listing that the fridge has no ice machine and the house does NOT have AC.

Perfectly fine

The property was just fine. Clean enough, Convenient to the bike path. Certain things were lacking or maybe I just never found where they were stashed- box of tissues and laundry detergent. But not a big deal.

As Advertised, Great Rental

This was a great house for my family of four. The living area is really cozy and we loved having the fireplace on in the mornings and evenings. The kitchen had what we needed for all meals, and it was nice to host a couple of friends and have the kitchen and living area so wide open. We brought our own pillows, but bedding seemed fine. Really nice to have the private hot tub right out back. The only negatives were very minor. Having access to a vacuum would've been great with young kids who spill crumbs, the heat is not consistent between floors, wifi was weak (couldn't plan to work from here for long), and it's a little ways away from the village. Overall, no significant complaints, just minor things we noticed. We would definitely rent this house again depending on the group. Thanks!

Needs air-conditioning

Awesome place to stay. Check out time of 10:00 is too early and place needs air-conditioning! Almost 100 or over everyday of our stay made for a miserable temperature inside this beautiful place.

Enjoyable Stay

Overall we really enjoyed our stay here. The location is great. Just a few minor issues - lightbulbs out, batteries in some remotes didn't work and trash wasn't picked up on stated day(s) and overflowing. Otherwise, home was well appointed and nicely decorated.

Second visit!

We have an annual trip with another couple and this is the second time we have rented this vacation rental. Location is great and perfect for 2 couples. Very cozy and comfortable. We take the upstairs bedroom and love the bed and light up tree. Very well stocked and clean. Only thing I would fix is the mission style recliner in the living room needs some help or replaced. Can't figure out the wine cooler either but totally not necessary. Love this place!

Second stay at this condo. Had a great experience.

This was our second one-week stay at Aquilla #14. Very comfortable, warm and inviting. Well appointed with everything needed. Centrally located in the village. We'll be back again next year for sure! The Cox family, Weaverville, CA.

Peaceful Fall Getaway

We stayed 3 nights in this beautiful townhouse. It was spacious, quiet, and incredibly cozy. It's furnished and decorated comfortably - we enjoyed warming up by the gas fireplaces in the main and master guest bedrooms after taking cold morning walks on the bike paths. The kitchen was well equipped (even a few plastic and sippy cups for my toddler) but note - bring your own ice as the ice maker doesn't work and the espresso maker was missing a piece so we couldn't use it.The bedding was luxurious, but recommend visitors bring their own pillows as these were quite flat. The master is on the main floor and is quite private. Upstairs there's a loft-like sitting area and two bedrooms - that bathroom has the only tub. We had a great, restful trip in this spacious property.

Best Ever!!

My family and I enjoyed an amazing stay. Great pre-trip communication, as well as easy check-in and check-out. The residence was clean, well stocked with everything we needed, and beautifully decorated with attention to detail throughout. The free passes to the SHARC Aquatic Center were a nice touch as well.
