A short stroll to Palate Coffee, and an easy walk to the Market of Choice grocery/deli and The Box Factory with Strictly Organic Coffee, River Pig Saloon, Stoller Wine Bar, Immersion Brewing, Miyagi Ramen, and the list goes on. Park your car and walk!

    Enjoy your time in Bend with maintenance free living. Modern one-bedroom fully furnished rental. Fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer in unit and designer touches to make your stay feel like home. Heat pump/air conditioner for your comfort. The place was nice and clean. A cozy one bedroom that was walkable to downtown Bend and the old mill district. Great for a weekend getaway during winterfest.

Great place and great location. The ac was a great thing to have because it was very hot outside when we arrived. Do yourself a favor and go eat at Spork while you’re in town. Loved it there

A Bend Welcoming

We loved all the details with this property listed . The location was so fun to have short walk to river and shops including a local bakery / restaurant . Was short drive to Smith Rock park and National Volcano Monument for hiking . Met our expectations and more .

I spent a couple nights last year at this property. Perfectly meets my needs. Clean and comfortable. Close enough to restaurants that you can walk. Neat little eatery just a block or two away. I will stay there again.

Apartment was well stocked, had everything we needed. We would stay here again. The one suggestion I have for the owner is to sharpen the kitchen knives…they are very dull.

Perfect Stay!

Loved our stay here, it was a fantastic location, had everything we needed, clean, bed was comfortable, and shower had great water pressure! Check out Jackson's Corner for the best bread and butter snack plate! It was also so easy to walk our tubes up the river path and float down too. Thank you!
