“When we arrived at the house on 7/11/2025 night we were pleasantly surprised by how lovely the house looked! It was clean and roomy. My great grand daughter was so excited because she could investigate everything. The air conditioner was on so the house was cool . Which was great. The one and only issue, was not having a good supply of bath towels, kitchen towelsAnd wash clothes. We found that you having work done throughout the house. It was great and we all had comfortable sleep...

“This place was great for our family of 6. We thoroughly enjoyed having the creek out back for fishing, kayaking, crayfish hunting and just taking in the nature. We had deer, black bears, a fox, and all kinds of other critters grace us with their presence. The area is beautiful and full of activities for people who enjoy the great outdoors. We would stay again for sure.”

“The property and house was excellent! Water in the lake would have made it perfect. But we knew about it. Firepit was a big hit with the families. Game room was great, kitchen was great, could of used a few more chairs, but the outside deck made up for it. Parking was perfect for 8 vehicles. Having the laundry area worked out great as well. Bedrooms and bathrooms are great. Could have used a dresser or table in the one masterbath but was perfect. For us, a bigger grill, or blackstone would have...

“The place is great. Clean, modern, with great amenities inside and outside. The beds were comfortable and the place has a huge yard, a fire pit, a nice deck, and an easy path to the water. Emporium is charming and the surrounding area is absolutely beautiful. I'll stay again if my work or life brings me back.”

“Check in went smoothly ”

“The house was super clean and well organized. It has everything you’d need for a vacation. There are a lot of spaces to gather or have some quiet time to yourself. The canoe was damaged, which was a major bummer for the younger boys who wanted to fish on the lake and couldn’t kayak. The swing by the lake was also out of commission due to maintenance. ”

“Our stay was just what we needed. Easy access to multiple venues in the area we visited. Would definitely stay again when in the area. Jennifer was great with answering any and all questions quickly.”
