The vaulted ceilings and the multiple French doors are just a couple of the features that keep the natural light flowing through each and every room. There are 3 bedroom (two master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms) and 3 baths, all on one level and now with brand new mattresses & bedding. The living room, kitchen and dining are all open to one another, enhancing the interaction between friends and family. There is a gas fireplace in the living room for those chilly fall evenings. Lots of outdoor decking as well as a beautiful screened-in porch perfect for that morning coffee. Home also features a new HVAC system with a high intensity ultra-violet light feature for killing mold and most viruses. All the amenities you would expect in a quality rental including private heated pool, gas grill, washer/dryer, internet, central AC & heat, and much more! You can walk about 3 blocks to the Marina Grand Hotel and Bentwood restaurant. About 7 blocks to the very center of New Buffalo. This cottage is located in New Buffalo and their public beach.

**Sunset Shores beaches have been impacted by storms and a couple years of harsh winters. We hope they will be back to normal by the time of your rental. (This has always been a smaller beach; there will be some, but we are hoping more of the beach to come back this Spring and early Summer) New Buffalo Beach, about one mile away and has paid parking.

**While the association beach nearby is not for lounging it is a great place to catch the sunset!
