This 3 BD, 2 BA home sits on 2.25 acres! Enjoy a quiet retreat or local attractions. We have great restaurants, downtown shopping, beaches, wineries, farmers markets, wedding venues and much more! We have stocked our home with many extras!

Great location between St. Joe and South Haven. Numerous beaches to visit although parking at the beaches was chaotic. Loved all the amenities and cleanliness this property had to offer.

We loved this place! Had plenty of space for 4 adults and 5 children. So close to several beaches, including Silver Beach, and they had great recommendations for us posted in the house so we discovered a new beach we had never been to before. Lots of seating inside and the kids loved all the games and foosball table!

Lake Michigan vacation

Property well maintained, clean and accessible to different beach sites. The balcony was used every day. The grill in the backyard worked great A very nice place to stay for comfort and pleasure

Family Time

Our family enjoyed our stay. It was close to the beaches we wanted to go to and the amount of living space worked well for us. Our grand children liked playing in the back yard.

Bachelorette Weekend

Great fit for us, & exactly as described

Had a great comfortable stay. Property had everything we needed. Responses from owner were prompt and helpful. She even allowed relatives staying at a hotel to visit and park on the property.

Close to the beach!

Home was cute and clean. It was very close to Silver Beach and Rocky Gap. We also drove to check out Saugatuck Dunes, 40 minute away. We would definitely recommend to stay!

Great place!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Everything was well maintained and clean. The “extras” (pack and play, beach chairs, wagon, s’mores, games, toys, etc) provided were also so nice! Julie was extremely responsive as well. Overall, it was great!

Perfect

This was an absolutely perfect weekend. There was not a thing that we could’ve asked for that Julie had not provided. She even went the extra mile and brought us more firewood so wouldn’t risk the chance of running out. Can’t wait to come back!

Excellent house within easy driving distance of beaches and restaurants.

Nice 3 bedroom house about 10 minutes from multiple beach options and good restaurants in a town that is easy to get around in. Communication with host was excellent and checkin/checkout very easy. Made for a very relaxing vacation. Full kitchen if you wanted to make some food yourself. There was also a very nice fenced in backyard with areas for a campfire, blackberry bushes, and a little trail through the woods which our kids loved. There were several good areas to play board games and card games after we got back in the evening.

Weekend get away with friends

Love this property! Extremely clean, well stocked with little things provided like coffee, marshmallows to roast, firewood, condiments, and games. LOVED the foosball table as we had a blast having tournaments all night long. Beds were all very comfortable and the decorating of the entire place is so cute! I love the front balcony with a small view of the lake. I wish it was warmer so we could have our coffee out there in the morning. My only recommendation would be outdoor lighting as it is hard to find at night and on a pretty busy street.

North Shore Stay

In some areas (Kitchen-refrigerator, etc.), the property was not clean. Were not provided bar soap, paper towels, or napkins. Overall, though, a good property to stay at.

Great spot for a big family

Clean and updated property. Good host. Driveway offered easy parking. Beds very comfortable. Upper balcony fun. Convenient to St. Joe. Wifi and TVs worked great. Kitchen fully stocked. Bathrooms clean, roomy. Older property but had character. Cool game room. Reasonably priced. Only minor cons. Needs more mirrors & trash cans. Road noise can be heard. Critter was in vent. Old doors didn't fully close.

Family Vaca

We all really enjoyed our stay! The kids loved the space and it was so nice having a front room full of toys and games for them! So many items were thoughtfully considered and provided during our stay throughout the entire house. Some items provided were beach towels, beach chairs, ice packs, a cooler, and sand toys for the beach. Both bathrooms provided shower hair products, blow dryer, and feminine products. Next time we visit I can definitely pack half as much for our stay because of how much they provided. The drive to silver beach was only 8min. The hosts were very responsive amd friendly to any needs we may have had. We look forward to booking our next vacation to St. Joe at this location!

Excellent rental!

This was such a great rental! This home has a fun layout that is absolutely perfect for a family. It has super comphy beds and bedding, provides towels (and beach towels and toys!), and even shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The backyard is long and perfect for the kids to run around and has an awesome little firepit. Another great touch was that the host provided wood and s'mores supplies and sticks! (The kids were thrilled). Couldn't be happier and we didn't run into any issues, we would definitely stay here again. The host was very quick at responding to any of my questions. They own a great little coffee shop down the road and provided us with 2 complementary coffee coupons which was so thoughtful and we grabbed them on the way home (OMG tasty!) While we were visiting we went to Silver Beach (and the playground and fountain there), walked up the pier to see the lighthouse and went to Silver Beach Pizza which we highly recommend, it was amazing! We went to Sarett Nature Center 2 different days and did the trails there which were really great and take you through a variety of scenery. We checked out Jean Klock Beach which we visited twice as well and loved. It is un-combed but we loved it and it gives an ocean-esque vibe and we were basically the only ones there both times. We also went to a great little bowling place, Striker, which had awesome rates, visited the shops in St. Joseph, and got some tasty ice cream. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Incredible Location!

First off, Julie was incredible to work with. We had originally booked this property with another owner who sold to Julie two months before out stay. Julie instantly reached out and honored the previous price and dates. From there, she communicated quickly and efficiently about our upcoming stay. The house was perfect - the inside is remodeled so nicely! We traveled with our two year old and I always bring my own toys, but toys were provided and my son loved them all! The beds were comfortable and everything was so cleaned! On top of how great the home itself was, the location was perfect! We were 4 minutes from a public beach/play ground and six minutes from downtown St Joesph. Thank you for opening your home to us Julie! We appreciate the stay!!

Lovely stay near the lake

The property was great! Upon opening the door, we were impressed with how clean and comfortable the space was. We had one toddler with our group and it was a good space for him, too (some toys and games in the side room, a large clean bath tub, minimal clutter/breakable items around, a baby gate provided, and a large fenced backyard). We were already talking about a return trip before we had even finished the first one.

Comfortable Home!

My husband and my daughter and her family all enjoyed this lovely home. It is well stocked with amenities to make our stay even more comfortable. One minor issue was quickly resolved and the owner was extremely helpful! The location is minutes from the beach and downtown St Joseph.

Great property, minutes away from the beach

This property is very well kept and stocked. Highly recommend it for families. Plenty of games for the kids, good size bedrooms, a fire pit and much more! We will definitely be coming back.
