“The security latch /lock on the door was missing half. The windows was a two piece held together with clear tape. The trim on the bottom of the wall was missing in places and fell off laying in the floor in other spots. They actually give you a plastic bag with your soap,wash cloth,towels and toilet paper. ( like am I in jail ?) And the ice machine is falling apart no scoop . Nothing in the room to get ice with. No ice bucket no cup nothing.”

The furniture was extremely comfortable. The home was spotless, well kept, and modern. Jeff met us at the home when we arrived. “Newly remodeled and very nice and clean. I wish there was a clothes rack/rod of some sort to hang my clothes, as we were in Hot Springs for a funeral and had dressy clothes that needed to be hung. It also would have been nice to have had an iron and ironing board, but I don't think the rooms come equipped with those. We received so many different emails with gate and room codes that it was a bit confusing. Overall, we were happy with the room as it was very clean, which is what it most important...
