Would have been a 5 star except for the following: properties on either side are unkept, sits at busy corner, lots of poison ivy along the fence lines in the backyard, and one night was up until 1:30 am with a main line break due to roots in the pipe. They did respond very promptly when we told them the toilet and shower backed up. Property manager, maintenance person and plumber were all responsive and nice. It did impact our next day as we dont usually stay up until 130. Inside was cute, comfortable and clean. Walking distance to downtown. Property manager was prompt in respondimg during the entire reservation and stay.

Convenient location

In town for work and some mountain biking. Location is very convenient but at busy intersection and close to the road so a little noisy. Photos are dated from post remodel and house is showing age. We were there in spring so the yard had not been mowed and back yard a mess but this is peak season so a bit surprised they hadn’t done a spring clean up. They also use a high fragrance cleaning solution which I found offending but maybe I am more sensitive to that. Overall we had a great trip.

Great place!

The perfect landing pad for a one night pass-through on our way to family in Texas. We’d love to come back and stay longer. Lovely house, clean and quiet, with the things you need for a stay away from home. Very close to cafes, restaurants and cultural destinations.

Great Little House; Walking Distance to Bentonville Square

Lindsey was a great host for this comfortable home and made checkin/checkout super easy. She even accommodated an early checkin request for us when we arrived earlier than expected. Bed was comfortable, house was clean and everything else as described/expected. Bentonville square is less than a mile walk with easy access via sidewalks and/or trails. An earlier review for this house said there are no sidewalks and that’s just plain false.

Nice place. Great value.

Great little house very convenient to the town center. Perfect for 2 couples. My two teens didn’t want to share a queen bed so one of them slept on the couch which was fine. The only real negative for cyclists was there is no garage or good place to keep your bike other than the front porch. And the backyard gate was locked. The only other criticism is the check in instructions weren’t sent until late the morning of the trip which is unnecessary last minute info for those traveling from out of state. Would have been better to get this 24 hours in advance at least.
