Definitely needs improvement and better responsiveness from Vacasa
I dont like to leave negative reviews but felt like i have to bc Vacasa did not address our issues.1. We had no internet the entire time. i had to pay extra for cellphone hotspot. We were unable to use the TVs. I made multiple complaints to Vacasa, was told to restart router, which I did to no avail, and said I would be contacted. I never was.2. Upon arrival, you could tell that housekeeping had not vacuumed properly. There was lint, hair, dirt on the floors. I made multiple contacts with Vacasa and was told they would tell maintenance to come. Nobody came nor was i contacted. Ultimately i had to vacuum the place myself after my 3.5h drive. 3. The townhome itself is nice and in lovely neighborhood. The property doesn't have a foyer. This posed an issue for our family when we walked in and out of the house especially when we were carrying our luggage. No space/crowding4. The kitchen is the highlight of this property. Loved the island. The dishes were clean for the most part5. I wish the upstairs had its own thermostat as it was HOT and we needed to keep the temp on 65 degrees just to be comfortable upstairs. 6. The property has bug/mosquito problem in the evenings. At night, the walls are COVERED with large mosquitos. Be sure to carry your Raid bug spray!7. the last day we noticed the upstairs had small black bugs all over floors, especially in the bathroom. At least 30-40 bugs crawling Overall i wish property was cleaner, without pest issue, and with internet
