“The place was very cozy with lots of special touches. The host had included several amenities in case we had forgotten anything at home. The coffee bar was excellent! The unit was conveniently located and we were able to walk to the grocery store and the metro link. We even had some trouble getting on the wifi so I contacted the host and the issue was resolved within a short amount of time.”

“The host were very communicative, which was nice. The area the rental was located had a married college dorm vibe to it. Wasn't horrible, but the conditions of the apartments noticably deteriorated as you drove through the area. The upgrades made in the facility were nice. Not all of the flooring was complete, and the unit certainly wasn't overly clean as we found left over hair in the shower, the bath towels weren't folded nicely, and there were some big dust bunnies laying around. “This was a perfect location around 15 minutes from DC. We stayed with kids and it was very quiet, comfortable, and in a great area. It was very clean and the staff were very nice. We only stayed for a few days so we didn’t need any of the utensils, or use any of the appliances but they had everything you needed for an extended stay as well. “3 adults stayed 4 nights. Apartment is small, but bedrooms and bathrooms are separated and good size. Nicely updated and clean. Kitchen is adequate. 10-15 min. walk to Metro (depending where you're going). A few resturants/bar within walking distance. Balcony was great to hang out on after sightseeing, but could use fresh cushions. Neighborhood is safe, friendly.
