“This Hollywood Hills home had amazing views and great gathering spaces and was proximate to most of what we had planned during our week-long trip to LA. It is just a diamond in the rough, not a diamond, for the following reasons: None of the blinds worked which meant no ability to darken sleeping areas against the sunrise (where east-facing) or the street (where street facing); one of the bathroom vanities was in disrepair and unsightly; it was not a true 4BR as one tiny sleeping area was really...

“the house is just as is in the picture listed. it was quiet and had a great view. the spa heating didn’t work but when i contacted the management they came to fix it right away. there was also not a blender in the kitchen and when i asked them…they went out and bought one and had it delivered within hours. always accommodating and super easy to communicate with. the place was great for kids as well. highly recommend.”
