The Host was not available at any time, it plain as day states to contact host for gate code and I notified 24hrs before, I called at 1pm the next day, no response, I called at 3pm and texted that i would arrive at house by 5pm like check in states with no response, I stopped for lunch and my new arrival was at 6pm, which is the time I arrived at the house, I called several times to host for gate code, and no success again, It was frustrating I...

“Great location. Nothing fancy, but a good value. Dock and waterfront access. The pool was lovely, but not heated. Very quiet other than road noise. This unit #6 was the only one without a screened in porch. That would have been a nice addition. Overall a good value. ”

“The inside home was great. Furniture clean and new. Beds were comfortable. Pretty clean except for some mouse droppings in cabinets. Screened in porch furniture was nice but actual porch needs a good wipe down. Was pretty dirty. Pool at main house needs alot of help. Loungers mostly broken tiles missing, algae growin on grout in pool and black looking mold around edge. People at main house thought it was their private pool so that was awkward. “Spacious beautiful place! So much room and very comfortable to stay in. It was a group of 6 of us and we all got our own bed and two bathrooms. Host was kind and answered timely when inquired about anything. Also lots of space to park multiple cars. Deer and roosters around the area, that was cool! Only 45 minutes away from Duval street.”

“This is a very special place. You pay for the tranquility and the peace. You have a private beach all to yourself. And the deer are super friendly (yes). A great plus is you can BBQ on the beach yourself. Please fix the big fridge and make more kitchen utensils and plates and glasses available. That would make it even more positive. I would come back. ”
