“Everything about the Collier Cozy Cabin was spot on. Easy check-in. Full accommodations, Kitchen, bath, Laundry, etc.The gravel driveway is a bit steep but had no problems navigating it. Very Quiet location. The covered porch was nice during the rain we had. Would certainly recommend to a friend.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Mr. Steve is is just the best and so easy to get along with. We wanted to come in a day early and he was completely accommodating. The whole area is so peaceful and beautiful. Local diner is really nice for a good meal. The property is gorgeous and we took advantage of riding it in our Bronco. The rivers in the area are so pretty. The home itself was clean and set up nicely. We're planning a return trip next spring to explore more of the area. ”

“We had 3 cozy generations stay at Ron’s beautiful cabin for the weekend. We enjoyed the space and surroundings. The layout is wonderful for multiple people and there is room to explore the property for short hikes. We grilled, cooked, and roasted marshmallows over the fire! We also got to check out Ally Springs, which was amazing. Definitely recommend! ”

“We had a wonderful and restful night here. This is the end of our weeklong road trip and this farmhouse was the perfect stop for the last evening. Welcoming, cozy, comfortable, and well-appointed. Excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail is evident throughout the house. Everything was as described, and still exceeded our expectations. We hope to be back sometime soon! ”

“Wonderful stay! Very quiet and a great place to stay! Great location for floating the upper Jack's Fork River. Great outdoor space, also. Very clean! Town is so close but feels like your miles away. It's a great setting by the woods, but close to town. ”

The cabin waas so cute and clean in a secluded area outside Eminence There was the cutest outpost on site ran by owners so if you want a drink, ice cream, pizza, or snack you didn't have to drive into town. We did a float from alley springs to eminence (water was a bit high so that was the float available) we used Windy's outfitters ( less then a block away) . We explored Ally springs and Rocky Falls. “We were looking for a secluded getaway and we were not disappointed. We enjoyed the local hiki ng trails, with Greer Springs being our favorite. The cabin was really big and well maintained. Lots of extras were provided. We saw a lot of deer and birds but our favorite was the large skunk that made its way back and fourth during the evening in the meadow across the back fence line. We would stay here again.”
