“Parking is limited at the hotel so be prepared to find alternative parking. The water pressure in the room we had wasn’t good. The biggest plus about this place is the staff on reception they are lovely.”

“El hotel es la típica casita inglesa muy acogedora, las habitaciones son pequeñas pero muy cucas, al parecer antiguamente creo que hace más de 20 años pero no estoy seguro se llamaba Shakespeare hotel y era conocido tanto en Bedford como en Londres. “We have stayed at the hotel on several occasions now and find the staff so helpful & friendly .Breakfast was excellent and with some refurbishment works planned the appearance of some of the rooms should be improved,”

“A nice hotel, well appointed in the public areas. Staff are friendly and helpful especially Boti the chef. The room was small however there was a separate study/dressing room area. There is a somewhat terrifying lift to the upper floors. A good substantial breakfast was included. It is situated in the town centre very close to the railway station. ”

“Friendly helpful staff. Lovely room.”

“Really nice place and great staff. The lady prepared me a meal when I arrived late even though the kitchen was closed. Highly recommended ”

“Personal muy amable. Muy buen desayuno. El hotel limpio, pero lejos de todo.”

“Great place although very quite a there is no onsite eating facilities. Breakfast is basic continental that you help your self to. And the staff are not there but good communication on phone”
