“Despite the misinformation on the VRBO website regarding the availability of 3 beds vs 2, our stay was good. The facility is very clean, well appointed and easy to locate within proximity to the Conference area. The host was very quick to remedy the situation and all was well. An earlier property booked had been double booked and this was the fast alternative property available.”

“The apartment was very clean, neat, and everything was easy to find. The whole stay was great. The upstairs neighbor is just kinda heavy foot but we didnt mind because it got quiet around 10pm.”

“It was comfortable, close to UAB hospital. Convenient to grocery store and restaurants. The host was quick to respond to water running in both bathrooms. It can use more flatware and drying towels in the kitchen. Also some dishwasher soap. We had to hand wash the dishes.”

“Perfect small little get away! My boyfriend and I were looking for a quick staycation getaway. We are both from Birmingham and this is in a great location. Very safe area. So many great places within walking distance. It was fully equipped and very clean. The owner was very attentive and great at communicating and making sure we had everything we needed. 10/10 no complaints.”

Everything was clean and neat, and we were provided with most essentials (including coffee 🙂) The area surrounding the condo is quiet for the most part and has a great view of the cityscape. “Although "Tiny" this place is much larger than a standard hotel room with the convenience of a washer/drier, kitchen and more space to enjoy. Parking right outside the front door was very convenient. The only thing we didn't like were the microfibre bath towels.”
