“Room’s cleaning standards were very basic. Room for some improvement there it would benefit for sure. Very minor issues found with one or two ants I found in the room, and some foreign hairs on bedding on the first day, checking in. The kitchen and bathroom again require more monitoring/cleaning before use, as they’re shared, but given the prices of the rooms it isn’t unreasonable to expect guests to tidy up after themselves. Staffing mainly remote but friendly. Depending on your needs this a...

“Clean rooms , lovely staff wonderful location . However it would be really helpful if there are some options of same gender en-suites .”

“Disgusting Apartments in City Center I stayed at “Pleasant Apartment in City Center” with the person I care for. The check-in email never arrived, so we had to call management for the access code. A later message asking about parking was ignored. The property is a repurposed office building in a semi-industrial area, with difficult street parking. “Absolutely perfect placement for doing anything in Wolverhampton and very close to the station. Beds are very comfortable, kitchen facilties are modern and more than sufficient for a weekend or longer stay. Good shower pressure and the TV in the room I stayed with in had all the streaming apps. Good sense of space, no noise from the street (upstairs room). Would stay again. Great comms from owner/host before and throughout.”

“i got fully scammed and won’t get a refund back”

“Booking is made on Expedia, but the you complete the registration on another site. Shower is built into a very small closet. Toilet is on the other side - in another closet. You have to straddle the toilet to use a hand basin that barely fits my hands and it's not possible to wash your face in it without splashing water all over the floor. Entrance way through to the room is in shockingly poor condition. Not the welcome one would hope to see. I would not recommend this room.”

“Great value for money! The location is rather residential which makes it nice and quiet though for a good night‘s sleep and all the nightlife is just a short stroll away. Ample space in the apartment with the added bonus of a south-facing balcony for a cup of morning coffee. Beats a hotel room in so many ways ”
