“Had a great stay in the heart of Birmingham. Key collection was easy - from a local shop and car parking was secure on site. The apartment was modern and clean and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of places to visit and restaurants all in walking distance. ”

The distances from New Street Station were farther just because of the triangle to get the key then go back another .6 mile to the apartment.The apartment had zero instructions on connecting to the internet or other amenities, again had to connect with the host to get details.The cleanliness was not great. “Was in a GREAT location! Took us a while to find the entrance, the video was super helpful! Communication was excellent, and apartment was clean. Couldn’t find more toilet roll/kitchen paper and one of the sinks were blocked. Also the fridge and one of the fans wasn’t working so our drinks did warm up and on a hot day that wasn’t great but overall it was a lovely stay - would deffo recommend ”
