“We had a fantastic two night stay! Suresh was really helpful and sourced an extra highchair for us which was so kind. We got confused how to set the water heater and he was instantly on the phone to sort it out for us in minutes. The property feels reall ly secure, its an amazing location, and you have everything you need there. The super secure parking is a major plus! Only tiny suggestions would be that the bathroom bins come with liners and to provide a few dishwasher tabs as we had to go...

“Really lovely little flat, very clean and plenty of spare bedding, towels, etc. Clear instructions on using the heating, collecting the key, and everything else we might want to know.Not worth losing a whole star but the kitchen was under-equipped. Missing basic cooking utensils like a spatula, for example.”

“Had a good time here! It's right in the center of Birmingham and VERY close to the train station, the Bullring Shopping Center, and more. A very comfortable little apartment.”

“If you’ve spent days travelling to this apartment and then told it was not available and you’ve got no where else to go. Then this is the apartment is for you. I had to spend my nights on a friend sofa in Wolverhampton and only got part of my payment back which I’m still disputing.”
