Loved this place! I must say that the outside isn't nearly as cute as the inside. This condo was perfect and the host was on top of everything. The two bedrooms are, separate enough that it most feels like two separate spaces, each with a bath. The beds were comfy. We didn't cook but there was coffee, sweeter, creamer, spices for cooking, etc. We were in Birmingham for a relative having major surgery and we felt at home. Our only complaint was the corners of the end of the bed stick out a little and like to bite shins. When I had a problem with the internet, they responded quickly. We used GrubHub to order food, which was a little slow but it was our first time so not sure what normal is. However, if you are at the hospital, eat in the Cafe. The food was great and priced good. Being from St. Louis, hospital food in the Cafe is terrible and I was blown away.

It was the perfect place for a girls weekend. Everything was clean and Marquitta was very responsive when I had questions. I dropped a bracelet down the sink and Robert had it out in no time. I would definitely stay there again!

The kitchen and laundry area was very clean and neat and the bedrooms were also. The issues were, you can hear the traffic from the highway. Needs thicker windows and probably thicker insulation to solve that. Some floor areas that were carpeted were uneven and squeaked but overall the condo was nice.

The space was very modern and updated. I loved the decor. Also, the attention to detail by the host didn't go unnoticed, and was appreciated. For example, there was an assortment of snacks, mints, and bottled water on the table to welcome us. Also the bathrooom had all the essential you would need, including make-up remover toweletts, and poo-pouri spray! Also, the kitchen had disposal coffee cups that I was able to take on the go! And there was detergent and dryer sheets that made doing laundry a breeze! All in all, the space was quite comfortable and enjoyable! I would definitely stay there again!

Very clean and all that we needed!

Our family of 4 was in town for a baseball tournament and found this property convenient on driving to all of the parks. I really liked the 2 step process to entering, 1 at the main entrance and 1 at the front door. We had all that we needed and more with the extra snacks, water, ice, detergent and plenty of linens and towels. We did come on July 4th weekend so the nightly noise level was increased but felt safe and was quiet the rest of the time.

Lovely stay!

This is one such a cute and well maintained property! We loved everything about it. It was impeccable and it had everything that we needed :) I especially loved the sky view from that gorgeous window in the dining room, and being able to see the sunset from every window since the property is up on the second floor. Marquita was also incredibly responsive and accommodating. Property is still pretty close to town and only 15min away from the airport :)Thank you!!

Every detail was considered: from the added security of the door locks to the snacks and boutique waters, to the delicate folding of the toilet paper rolls. The home was beautiful and carefully curated. It is located in a neighborhood that is on the rise and undergoing a facelift, and this property is a prime example.

Loved all the extras

Left a bag of ice since fridge was not connected to water. Lots of snacks, super clean and nicely decorated. Beds comfy. Area is definitely scary-looking, at first, but could tell a lot of older homes in transition in this specific area, and we felt safe because there was a main door lock, and then another lock to get into our particular unit. Just a mile or so further up the main road is not an area I’d venture to!

Great Host, Clean Condo

Host was always communicating and accommodating. Our power went out during our stay and they kept in contact with the power company and kept us updated. Our lock needed fixed and they sent someone out immediately to fix it for us. The condo was super clean and organized, everything was easy to find.

This property was so clean very neat. The owner of the property was very sweet. I would stay again. I would recommend this property 100% the neighborhood was very quiet and relaxing right off the interstate near shopping and restaurants. Nine minutes from UAB hospital.

Clean and accommodating host

The place I had booked had a fire incident and I did not see the email until I was checking my email for check in instructions. I quickly booked this property, but in my haste I booked the wrong dates. VROB contacted the host and like I put in the title very accommodating. All the errors were on my end and they helped and made fixing what I messed-up easy. The property itself was perfect just what it showed in the ad no surprises.
