“The staff were friendly. The whole place needs a bit more tlc being given in decorating etc. You can see they are trying to bring it up to date. What I found was I didn't like the restaurant after I tried it the first nights stay. It reminded me of a school hall. The coffee shop was lovely but could only open when restaurant shut in the mornings. The bar seemed to open when it wanted to so no one could plan to meet friends or work colleagues before 3pm. Had bar meal 2 days running which...

“Owner Geoff was very welcoming to us and he has a good approach to customer service, the breakfast is very good and of good quality and it's a buffet so you can have as much as you like which makes this a good value stay Location is about 6 - 7 walk to the pleasure beach and sandcastle waterpark and the tram stop is close by to meaning you don't have to bring your car here which saves in car parking Next time we are in Blackpool it's an easy decision to come back to this hotel”
