“What to say really, nice and welcoming, rooms are nice and presentable, good to have thing planned as they do go into the rooms to clean and so on, little mini fridges in rooms with chilled water and a small milk, kettle with tea and coffee and so on. “We stayed for 3 nights as we was going to Lytham Festival and it was the perfect little stay. The hosts were very friendly, went out of their way to make sure everything was comfortable for your stay.
