Good value, good location

Owner Geoff was very welcoming to us and he has a good approach to customer service, the breakfast is very good and of good quality and it's a buffet so you can have as much as you like which makes this a good value stay Location is about 6 - 7 walk to the pleasure beach and sandcastle waterpark and the tram stop is close by to meaning you don't have to bring your car here which saves in car parking Next time we are in Blackpool it's an easy decision to come back to this hotel

THINK TWICE

room not changed/cleaned(bedding/towels in shower floor/litter in waste bin and next to it, questionable if bathroom cleaned) host kept on saying sorry, host/owner blamed staffing issues, gave £20( hush money). The following morning breakfast was as bad, staffing issues again!!, having to wait for hot food to be topped up!, asked for "tea" three times but was given coffee. host kept on saying sorry to everyone, staffing issues. we left the day after booking "in" we could stay here!!. , we left and did not want to argue over money/refund and returned home.

Good value for money

Cheapest we could find for a family of 5 within close proximity to the main attractions. The room suited us. It is what it is for the price, but it's clean and functional. Breakfast was good and Geoff the proprietor was very friendly.

Weeks trip to Blackpool with two teenagers

A great weeks holiday in Blackpool. The hotel was good, Geoff and Gemma couldn’t do enough for us thank you 😊 the breakfast was excellent filled us up for the whole day. Bedroom comfy and very quiet had a good night sleep. Definitely would come back to this hotel. Thank you

3 night family break

Great value guesthouse, fantastic location for Pleasure Beach, Sandcastle and South Pier. Great traditional breakfast. Owner Geoff is very friendly and helpful. Family room was clean, decent shower, overall just what I wanted for a short break in Blackpool with my son.

Shepperton Hotel

We stopped here for 4 nights in October there were 3 of us myself my wife & our 13 year old daughter. I spoke to Geoff on the telephone a few times before arriving & he was very helpful with any questions I had. When we arrived Geoff was very welcoming & the breakfast in the morning was lovely there was plenty of food and the lady who works there Gemma was very nice & very good at her job & always asking if everything was ok & if we needed anything else. We go to Blackpool a few times a year as we have the season passes & we will always book the Shepperton from now on the rooms were nice & the beds comfortable overall I can't say a bad word about the place it's not a 5 star hotel it's a very nice clean bed & breakfast that's reasonabley priced & the location is perfect & food lovely. It's a 10 out of 10 for us. Thank you Geoff & Gemma for making us feel at home we will defo see you again soon.

A great time in Blackpool

It was a pleasant comfortable stay. The owner is so helpful and informative. Breakfast is brilliant, plenty of it . The room was clean and had our own bathroom, tv, kettle and microwave, towels with soap where provided. Situated in a great location for pleasure beach and south pier is opposite the street.

Lovely seaside b&b

We had a lovely time in blackpool the shepperton is a lovely seaside b&b we didnt get to sample the breakfast as we slept in every morning due to the people in the next room arguing every night and keeping us awake we would definitely come back again

Pleasant stay. Geoff and Liz were lovely hosts and breakfast was delicious. The room are a little tired and the beds were not the comfiest to sleep in as some of the springs were popping through, but this was mentioned to Geoff and he said he would address the problem.

We had a 4 day stay at the Shepperton. Jeff and the staff were excellent and very welcoming. They could not do enough to make your stay very pleasant. the room, breakfast and facilities were excellent and spotless. I will certainly return and would recommend this little hotel to anyone,

The service of the hotel was very friendly and honest. Breakfast was amazingly tasty. The service and overall delivery was well thought out. The hotel is tired looking in places regarding the condition of the hotel. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Our first family holiday , the area is perfect for all the activities as its in walking distance , rooms are very small though, but for the price it was fine ,the breakfasts are brilliant! And the staff are so lovely!
