Sleeps up to 10 (8 adults + 2 kids), super-fast WiFi (500 Mbps), hot tub, sunroom, deck, and a heated garage rec room for indoor fun. Kayaks, canoe, paddleboard, and lake swimming available (Memorial Day–Labor Day).

⚠️ RULES & OPTIONAL ADD-ONS
* Minimum Age: Renters must be 25+ unless accompanied by a parent/guardian. No parties or groups allowed. ㉕+
* Occupancy & Parking: Maximum of 10 guests (8 adults + 2 small kids), per STR Ordinance. Maximum of 5 cars.
* Quiet Hours: To maintain a tranquil family setting, quiet hours begin at 9 PM (ordinance compliant).
* Linens: Guests may bring pillowcases, sheets, and towels or use our optional linen rental service through PoconoLinens. Use code MTMAPLEWOOD for 10% off.

⛔️ CANCELLATION POLICY
- Refunds: Full refund for cancellations made 30+ days before check-in. 50% refund for cancellations made 7–14 days prior (depending on channel partner). No refunds within 14 days. Non-Refundable Option is not refundable.
- Process: Cancellations must be submitted in writing to Mt. Maplewood Lake House and confirmed through the booking system. Applicable taxes and credit card fees are retained and remitted.
- Early Departure: Nights not used are non-refundable.
- Deposit & Insurance: $500 refundable damage deposit required. Optional Accidental Damage Insurance available.
- Acknowledgment: By booking, guests agree to this policy and the rental agreement.
