“The apartment in itself was beautiful. We enjoyed the layout of the apartment, the decor, and view to the downtown shops. The front and back doors were not locked/did not require the code that was provided. The elevator also did not require a code. This was concerning because there is a good size homeless population in the area and the security measures that were supposed to be in place, weren’t. The walls were thin and we could hear our neighbors activities… very very clearly. ”

“We absolutely enjoyed staying at Kasa Altmayer!! It was so nice to be able to have a FULL SIZE kitchen, and also have washer and dryer in the room (even though the dryer was little wonky to work with) The room was pretty clean!! Few things I recommend is to have a broom/mop somewhere in the room to help those with a family staying can easily cleaning up messes after kiddos!! And to have a shelf or rack in the shower to make it easier to put toiletries in the shower without having to bend...

“The overall stay in the house was great. Very spacious and close to all the essentials and restaurants. Neighbors will call and complain if any issues which we did not give any. We were a bit loud the first night but did not realize the noise ordinace. Would highly rwccomend it except for the noise ordinance, because you know when its your b day youbhave to party.Overall thank you for the hospitality and would definitely do it again.”

If we wanted to get something to eat, then we had a large variety of choices within walking distance. The suite was very clean and very accommodating for my family and I. “We had a lovely visit in Savannah for our son's graduation ceremony from SCAD. The pictures are accurate, and the unit was spotless. All instructions were very clear. On street parking was never an issue, we are very familiar with the area since our kids lived on Jones Street. Just be mindful of the street cleaning days. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The location is great, easy access to many areas. We would stay again and highligh recommend!”
